I have a Silkstone Barbie Doll (African American) that came dressed in just lingerie. I actually made a dress for the doll. Nothing fancy, just a simple strapless dress with a belt and matching shawl. I would like to see more unboxing videos.

I've actually held a silkstone only once, a friend was showing me hers in her collection.
I was shocked by its weight.

Personally i only have a Monster high collection but my mother collects Old barbies (60s,70s, and Beginning of 80s)
So I really love seeing the silkstones that re-use those old Barbie faces since I am so used to seeing them

Are the posable silkstone barbies less durable than a normal made to move barbie bodies? My 9 year old daughter really wants the proudly pink posable silkstone but it looks like it's super fragile. And she really likes to go crazy when she plays with her dolls. So is this suitable for kids?
silkstone barbies are made for collectors and not suitable for kids
