This is interesting, having done a migration/ integration in the real world, there are a couple of points worth noting

I have tried for over 3 years to get my rank and file users to use videoconferencing - first through Jabber/WebEx and now teams. They reject every one of my irrefutable arguments why video makes meetings better.
MS Teams will overrun WebEx in the US because of the desktop O/S for most companies is Windows and O365. Slack is now a boutique app at best.
