Prayers for you sweet, believing lady..it is a blessing to live in solitude but I truly understand the loneliness of that solitude and it is so easy to fixate on self (oh woe is me) I do this too often...but when I remind myself of the privilege of reading and studying the Word of God with the Holy Spirit teaching and guiding. I am 70, no husband, live alone and am probably an introvert by nature ( I hate that) .I lift you up and send encouragement to continue on in the strength of Jesus and to continue to pray for your erring husband. ❤❤

I have so many scars I look like a road map. As a child I was put in a mental institution and was abused in there and another patient cut my arms up and they put me in restraints because they wouldn’t believe me. Lots of anger, abuse, war in Afghanistan injuries surgeries years in wheel chair healing …but God I am still alive today.
Molested and abused first near 18 years, ran, slept in alleys and tree forts till caught. Juvenile hall (so safe when they locked that door), then ran again and hid till rescued. Worked then met ex. Beaten half to death. First son died because of. Second son lived, but in addition to my beatings, broke 9 of 8 month old little fellows ribs and more. Jesus found me. Moved me into a ministry much like Jesus Revolution and stayed 3 years. Father died and after 3 yrs I left but lady screamed “you’ll burn in hell” (for leaving). I married a man in Folsom Prison. I knew what the Word said. He wasn’t a believer. I paid for this one. Two more sons died. 18 and 31 yrs old, but God gave me 48 years with 2 fantastic sons. Husband stays bitter and angry at me because. I’m 74 now and clinging to Jesus. I do stay in the Word. He just mock me. Won’t pick his Bible back up. Reads demon stories. 😭😭😭. So many scars. I’ve just given highlights. I didn’t think like Jack brought up today. Holding fast and believing God. He has it in His hands and I am His Warrior Daughter.

I don't fear death, but the process can be a bit off putting. Longing for the Rapture. Scars are reminders of what we survived because of God's grace. Too often, we pick at the scabs and refused to let the wound heal.

God has saved me so many times from suicide attempt when I was in active addiction kidney cancer a perforated ulcer and my belly has many scars and when I look at it it's a reminder of how much God loves me and He has big plans for my life I bought a house on my own less than 2 years after being released from prison what a mighty God we serve I owe my life to the glory of God without Him I am nothing!

Thank you Jack...I am attempting to teach a Ladies Bible Study at my church. I prayed for a long time for direction on this, tried to plead out of it actually, I am NOT a teacher, no clue about it but knew we really have a need for it. A month into it I began experiencing physical illness as Tuesday mornings approached and by Tuesday was near incapable. Couldn't speak, find words in my head, body weakness..horrible . I know if it was not the Lords will that I attempt to teach, He would close that door .I heard your message of what you went throuh before Covid and realized that I was being attached by the enemy and got before Jesus with repentance and prayer and I am so thankful to my Lord for restoration...fired up I am!!
God bless you! I, too, am dealing with health issues, almost a recluse at this point. Pastor Jack, and people like you, are my Church now. I , too, was encouraged after hearing his insomnia story as I went 6 weeks without sleep, the steroids I was on is what they think stopped me from hallucinations as I was ok mentally while sleep deprived. I share this to encourage you that we're all going through the refiners fire right now and I'm so blessed to hear you're doing the bible study! Dont give up even if you feel it's not your natural inclination, the Lord obviously has you in training for some reason. When we're the weakest, and feel unprepared, THEN He can work through us. Paul learned that when he, himself, was weak, then God used him even more. Hang in there, sister, and know that Gods aware of your feeling not prepared for this assignment. I'm sure you're better at it than you think or realize. He wouldn't be assigning this to you if He didn't believe in you! If you truly believe Hes telling you to teach, He will work through you. So glad to hear you recognized it as the enemy's tactics as little things are easily seen as just us having an issue, when its actually the enemy's attack. God bless you and keep up persevering. My Down Stndrome daughter is very ill and I’m caring for her at home, my father has Lewy Body dementia and has fallen and broken his hip, my husband had emergency appendectomy, and 36 year old nephew had quadruple bypass. One year I was getting ready to do a Bible study on the heart. I told him he’d already done a lot things in my heart but else did he want to do. One day while at the mall I saw a stone heart you put oil in it and the fragrance seeps through the holes. What he showed me was he was going to fill those holes put there by others and heal me and he has done so. I pray he heals yours too.

That verse was effective for me when I lost my job, injured my back and my wife left and went to jail for child support after being denied unemployment and PTSD manifested from my Marine Corps experience. Consider it pure joy! How holy crazy is that?. Many men commented suicide for less at that time. I was denied due process and jailed without a trial and everything I had was God. I died with Christ and really became a new man and was able to identify with the poor and others who I may previously judged.

Jeremiah 29:11 “I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord, “ plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.” And also verse 12 and 13 are a key the Lord showed me. “Then you will call on Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” Pray and seek Him. Know for sure you have Jesus in your life. I know God is faithful and will meet you just as He has for me.
I was literally just driving to pick up a kid and asking God what purpose does a lifelong issue I'm going through serve? It's tearing me apart, not building me up. How am I better being broken? I made the mistake of turning my back against God I think I was just unaware of Philippians saying that and I’m a 70 year old man now and I’m regretting many things in my life that I chose to do on my own because of pain and suffering through emotional or physical mental Hurts and pains in my life instead of running to him or seeking real help to to understand all this like you’re saying now I’ve got the scars, but I’ve also got the I don’t know. The fog in my head holding onto those scars are the traumas in my life to the point where I let them affect my decisions and my lifestyle choices. Please pray for methat those scars will be used for his glory instead of my self indulgent pity party or whatever you wanna call that God and Jesus Christ are savior and Lord be praised for and ever. Hey Craig, I know exactly what you mean... I'm not sure if it's our generation, and how we were raised to be stoic, and keep things bottled up, NEVER allowing anyone in... But, I like you, have issues that happened in my life that plague me. I Pray daily, asking the Lord to change my heart, and help me stop thinking of me, or to stop thinking of those who've wronged me, and allow me to forgive... Self pity and regret, I've come to find, are powerful tools of Satan. It stops us from being the person God made us to be. I'm praying for you my friend! I am sure you know how much the Lord loves you, and your testimony is more powerful than the mind games Satan tries to use! God Bless you...
There is much grace and power in forgiveness. Jesus said on cross Father forgive them for they know not what they do. Forgiveness will erase the bitterness and then healing will start. Jesus has done this for me and He will meet you also. Praying 🙏 for you.
Love it! Paul said he endured all things for the sake of the elect and e everything he went through was to advance the gospel. Love the story of the dog with the chain around his neck. I have two scars on my neck; one from a tracheostomy and the removal of half my thyroid that had a cyst on it. But in each situation God has made Himself so evident to me and to others.
The Lord spoke to my heart about my scars...they are a remembrance of what I had endured with the Grace and Strength of God. Christ himself was scarred when He appeared after His resurrection to the disciples...his hands bore the scars. Yes I’m willing. I have suffered many, many times with Systemic Lupus , septic shock several times, near death experience and was told numerous times I wasn’t going to make it. Medicine and science had failed but God…He’s been saving me over and over again since I was a baby. I’m still in chronic pain every single day. I went from sports mom, room mom, sick mom, heroin addict to child of God. I live every day in gratitude for my suffering and pain because it means I have an amazing testimony that can bring others to faith. I'm laying here with a broken ankle (i have never broken a bone in my body....until now)...timing is horrible...I was planning on sharing at a women's conference and now wondering if ill be able to at all...im okay with a no or not now but its hard when God gave me a promise in that moment of sharing, i thought was a fulfillment of His promise. I was reminded before hearing this that comparably speaking, this is nothing, so I will trust You, oh Lord.
my pastor was Dave Wilkerson. He said he didn't know anyone who has gone through the suffering I have, I worked for him for 20 years nobody can relate to the stuff I have bene through but he gave me a truly blessed marriage and husband who went through it all with me and I am going through some heavy stuff now. But nit only am I saved I have spiritual blessings that others don't have.

I listened to some of another podcast. You mentioned a lot of it in this presentation, but I didn't hear you say what you had. It was Crohn's Disease. No one gets through this life unscathed. Husband stays bitter and angry at me because. I’m 74 now and clinging to Jesus. I do stay in the Word. He just mock me. Won’t pick his Bible back up. Reads demon stories. 😭😭😭. So many scars. God has saved me so many times from suicide attempt when I was in active addiction kidney cancer a perforated ulcer and my belly has many scars and when I look at it it's a reminder of how much God loves me and He has big plans for my life I bought a house on my own less than 2 years after being released from prison what a mighty God we serve I owe my life to the glory of God without Him I am nothing!
I'm struggling with serious health issues, pain and am seeking God through it. I desire to bring Glory to God but I have no strength. Jesus has done much for me through these struggles and I'm so undeserving. I recognize His Presence...🙏I'm not afraid to stand for Jesus!

Thank you Jack...I am attempting to teach a Ladies Bible Study at my church. I prayed for a long time for direction on this, tried to plead out of it actually, I am NOT a teacher, no clue about it but knew we really have a need for it. A month into it I began experiencing physical illness as Tuesday mornings approached and by Tuesday was near incapable. Couldn't speak, find words in my head, body weakness..horrible . I know if it was not the Lords will that I attempt to teach, He would close that door .I heard your message of what you went throuh before Covid and realized that I was being attached by the enemy and got before Jesus with repentance and prayer and I am so thankful to my Lord for restoration...fired up I am!!
God bless you! I, too, am dealing with health issues, almost a recluse at this point. Pastor Jack, and people like you, are my Church now. I , too, was encouraged after hearing his insomnia story as I went 6 weeks without sleep, the steroids I was on is what they think stopped me from hallucinations as I was ok mentally while sleep deprived. I share this to encourage you that we're all going through the refiners fire right now and I'm so blessed to hear you're doing the bible study! Dont give up even if you feel it's not your natural inclination, the Lord obviously has you in training for some reason. When we're the weakest, and feel unprepared, THEN He can work through us. Paul learned that when he, himself, was weak, then God used him even more. Hang in there, sister, and know that Gods aware of your feeling not prepared for this assignment. I'm sure you're better at it than you think or realize. He wouldn't be assigning this to you if He didn't believe in you! If you truly believe Hes telling you to teach, He will work through you. So glad to hear you recognized it as the enemy's tactics as little things are easily seen as just us having an issue, when its actually the enemy's attack. God bless you and keep up persevering. One day you'll be greeted by Jesus and receive your much anticipated rest and peace!❤
My Down Stndrome daughter is very ill and I’m caring for her at home, my father has Lewy Body dementia and has fallen and broken his hip, my husband had emergency appendectomy, and 36 year old nephew had quadruple bypass. We are under attack for sure but God is using this time to refine us. Looking forward to Jesus return more than ever. If you feel the call please pray for us. Bless you all!

One year I was getting ready to do a Bible study on the heart. I told him he’d already done a lot things in my heart but else did he want to do. One day while at the mall I saw a stone heart you put oil in it and the fragrance seeps through the holes. What he showed me was he was going to fill those holes put there by others and heal me and he has done so. I pray he heals yours too.

Just reading all these comments that tell of how the Lord has delivered these people through so much pain and suffering. He is our Lord and Savior - Jesus Christ; the only Way.
That verse was effective for me when I lost my job, injured my back and my wife left and went to jail for child support after being denied unemployment and PTSD manifested from my Marine Corps experience. Consider it pure joy! How holy crazy is that?. Many men commented suicide for less at that time. I was denied due process and jailed without a trial and everything I had was God. I died with Christ and really became a new man and was able to identify with the poor and others who I may previously judged.

And also verse 12 and 13 are a key the Lord showed me. “Then you will call on Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”
Pray and seek Him. Know for sure you have Jesus in your life. I know God is faithful and will meet you just as He has for me.

I made the mistake of turning my back against God I think I was just unaware of Philippians saying that and I’m a 70 year old man now and I’m regretting many things in my life that I chose to do on my own because of pain and suffering through emotional or physical mental Hurts and pains in my life instead of running to him or seeking real help to to understand all this like you’re saying now I’ve got the scars, but I’ve also got the I don’t know. The fog in my head holding onto those scars are the traumas in my life to the point where I let them affect my decisions and my lifestyle choices. Please pray for methat those scars will be used for his glory instead of my self indulgent pity party or whatever you wanna call that God and Jesus Christ are savior and Lord be praised for and ever. I know exactly what you mean... I'm not sure if it's our generation, and how we were raised to be stoic, and keep things bottled up, NEVER allowing anyone in... But, I like you, have issues that happened in my life that plague me. I Pray daily, asking the Lord to change my heart, and help me stop thinking of me, or to stop thinking of those who've wronged me, and allow me to forgive... Self pity and regret, I've come to find, are powerful tools of Satan. It stops us from being the person God made us to be. I'm praying for you my friend! I am sure you know how much the Lord loves you, and your testimony is more powerful than the mind games Satan tries to use! God Bless you...

I have two scars on my neck; one from a tracheostomy and the removal of half my thyroid that had a cyst on it. But in each situation God has made Himself so evident to me and to others.
The Lord spoke to my heart about my scars...they are a remembrance of what I had endured with the Grace and Strength of God. Christ himself was scarred when He appeared after His resurrection to the disciples...his hands bore the scars. Praise the Lord for His healing and leaving the scars as a remembrance of His Love to us.
Yes I’m willing. I have suffered many, many times with Systemic Lupus , septic shock several times, near death experience and was told numerous times I wasn’t going to make it. Medicine and science had failed but God…He’s been saving me over and over again since I was a baby. I’m still in chronic pain every single day. I went from sports mom, room mom, sick mom, heroin addict to child of God. I live every day in gratitude for my suffering and pain because it means I have an amazing testimony that can bring others to faith. He could have used the option
To decline God’s call to speak
For he could only whisper

I'm laying here with a broken ankle (i have never broken a bone in my body....until now)...timing is horrible...I was planning on sharing at a women's conference and now wondering if ill be able to at all...im okay with a no or not now but its hard when God gave me a promise in that moment of sharing, i thought was a fulfillment of His promise. I was reminded before hearing this that comparably speaking, this is nothing, so I will trust You, oh Lord.

my pastor was Dave Wilkerson. He said he didn't know anyone who has gone through the suffering I have, I worked for him for 20 years nobody can relate to the stuff I have bene through but he gave me a truly blessed marriage and husband who went through it all with me and I am going through some heavy stuff now. But nit only am I saved I have spiritual blessings that others don't have.
