For this, it's mainly personal preference as both are very good for gaming. The Viper V2 Pro had a really nice lightweight design that was perfect for competitive gaming. On the other hand, the Cobra Pro had a beautiful outer design with RGB lighting as well as a bit of a heavier weight which some people tend to prefer. The sensors (Focus Pro 30k Optical Sensor) are the same on both. So it should have a similar performance. Personally, the Cobra Pro would be my choice as it comes with two more customizable buttons than the Viper V2 Pro. Hope this helps!

But, it's a little heavy so it'll make competitive gaming a bit more difficult. Plus it's smaller so while it fits my hand perfectly, bigger hands just won't fit as well.

This was a lot lighter than I expected for an adjustable weighted mouse, I would definitely suggest the Basilisk V3, I believe that is weighted.
