I love the way Stephen turns up out of the blue after 15 years and has a go at the rest of the family for not looking after his mum properly. Where has he been exactly?!!
IKR he’s been gone for about I don’t know 15 or 16 years and he returns out of the blue and gets cross at the rest of the family for leaving Audrey on her own and for not looking after her properly and I never thought I’d hear myself say this but I agree with David Gail should’ve gone with Audrey not Stephen
That’s family for you when my mother died my own brother who hardly ever visited her tried his best to evict me and my children out of her house so he could sell it for money. My husband & I discovered Coronation Street in the 80s. It was part of our Saturday lineup that included Style with Elsa Klensch, The Victory Garden, other BritComs and local listings. Then we'd either, have a cocktail party with friends, hit the dance clubs or enjoy a a quiet evening alone. We still enjoy British series and quiet evening alone.
@@englandkeepitreal That maybe so but you can’t just swan in after 15 years and berate your sister, who doesn’t even live with Audrey, for not noticing Audrey has been missing for less than 24 hours.
Nice to see Stephen back but as a Brit who's lived in Canada for 46 years and I know an American accent when I hear one. Thought maybe he was a Brit trying to sound Canadian but no he's an American actor.
Why don’t they just build a hospital and police station at either end of Coronation Street? On any given week there is either an ambulance or police car called to the street, so it would certainly save time.
@@englandkeepitreal it really is, if it was a real place it would probs be the most dangerous place to live along with Albert Square in Walford London and Emmerdale Village

That ornament is causing havoc 😱😂😂 Steven appears from Canada goes straight to the barber's, finds Audrey and the whole Platt family appear right infront of him, what are the odds 🤔.
He’s Audrey’s son and Gail’s brother he appeared in Coronation Street in 2007 when he offered David a job in Mulan but Sarah planted drugs on David so he wouldn’t be able to go so when Sarah and Jason and Bethany got to the airport Jason left Sarah to go on her own after he found out she planted the drugs on David. Sorry I know that’s not well explained and sorry for the long sentences
Audrey fell pregnant at the age of 16 and her father forced her to give up the child - Stephen - for adoption. Stephen later moved to Canada with his adoptive parents. Audrey didn't see him again until 1988 when Stephen was injured in an accident and Audrey flew to Canada to see him off-screen. Stephen finally appeared onscreen in 1996 and was on the show relatively regularly for about a year, then didn't come back until 2007 when he offered first David and then Sarah a job as Aoife Kennedy describes.
