I only liked 2 of the scents the Vanilla Amber Bourbon and Sugar Plum Fig. I've been more excited for the VS holiday collections than BBW.

Same! I placed a huge order last night and I never really jump for Vs releases. They killing it. BBW is really flopping so far 😮
bnbw as of late has been like a cd skipping in the same spot lol @@CeiraMayberry stuck on repeats and same ol scents year in and year out ... i only liked luminous and moonlight martini so far from fall cus they were actually new

Thanks for the review Claire, I now have a better understanding of these new scents, still have yet to smell them myself but I see myself buying the whole line just for collection sake. Plus when they run out VS/Pink doesn't seem to restock.

Honestly out of them all….Vanilla Amber Bourbon would definitely be a buy for me, I mean I love my vanilla fragrances and while I usually go for the more pure vanilla, and gourmand vanilla scents…..I think this one could be nice.
I might drive an hour away and pick up some fragrances during SAS because the amber note in almost anything throws me off. I just really don't like it and it's in everything. lol But it sounds so enticing that I might give it a try.
I say go for it! I just received my online order yesterday and Vanilla Amber Bourbon is my fave with Sugar Plum Fig a close second

Whoa, thank you for the review! We don't have a VS here so I have to rely on videos and then order online. Yours is so helpfu! Would you say Santal Berry Silk is more masculine or unisex than Fine'ry's Midnight Cafe? Midnight Cafe gets sweet on me and smells amazing but I wouldn't want it more masculine.
I also found Midnight Cafe a tad unisex, but I would say Santal Berry Silk is just a tad bit more, but once it dried down it didn’t seem that masculine. Hope that helps!
Ginger Apple Jewel 🍎 & Vanilla Amber Bourbon 🥃 kinda reminds me of Star Smoked Amber & Moon Spiced Apple from last year 😊
I thought that as well theme wise, but the scents are pretty different to me. 🙂

ginger apple jewel is more like origins ginger fragrance to me. Its nothing like moon spiced apple. star smoked amber is a hint similar to vanilla bourbon but its more vanilla less smokey.

Hmm, I think I’m gonna skip this one. The only one I find interesting is vanilla amber bourbon, but I already have soooo many vanilla scents including vanilla bourbon ones, so if it it’s not a knock me off my feet kind of vanilla I don’t need it 😅

I think it’s pretty on its own, but I think it would pair nicely with a sweet vanilla or marshmallow scent, or with some brighter citrus.

Ginger Apple Jewel truly does smell like a good smelling household cleaner or room spray... i found myself just spraying it in my living room. Hate it on my skin... Vanilla Amber Bourbon, i bought 2 mist and 2 lotion. Grown woman Vanilla ❤❤

I tested them all out. Didnt care for any of them. Vanilla amber straight up smelled like root beer on my skin. Lol. It smelled ok on the paper though. The rootbeer smell on me was a turn off 😅. Amazing how scents can smell different on different people.
Luckily I don’t get that, although I kind of don’t mind when scents smell like cola or similar. 😂
@@claireinbloom maybe i had something underneath it like my pure seduction lotion that mixed with it bad lol. i may of and didnt realize it. but on the paper it smelled ok. i dont mind cola but not cream soda rootbeer. lol

I love that too and I haven’t found one like it! 🥲 The new Vanilla Amber Bourbon is great, but it doesn’t have the toasty marshmallow.

Question, you keep saying rose, is this a plum scent or is it more of a rose scent?? I ask because I don't like the smell of roses...
Despite the name Sugar Plum Fig is mostly a rose scent with fig and spice.

I think so!
I ordered Vanilla Amber Bourbon and Sugar Plum Fig and love them both, but damn Vanilla Amber Bourbon may be my new fave (well, tied with Love Spell Cashmere which I am OBSESSED with). I love the boozy bourbon note so much. I also ordered 2 of the Candied line and cant wait to see you review them bc they were a major letdown for me lol. Thx for the review as always, Claire!

@@claireinbloomhope you enjoy it more than I! Not overtly bad, but I had admittedly high expectatioms for a Candied collection (especially when the Gala collection has some amazing gems). Im hoping Im not delusional in the notes in Love Spell candied being completely different to my nose than whats listed haha. Cant wait to see your review❤
