Young germans use a ton of english slang and memes because pretty much everyone there speaks english and interact with a lot of english media and internet stuff. If you watch modern german shows like Dark occasionally characters will just drop a random "Fuck!" out of nowhere in the middle of a bunch of german dialogue and its funny every time.
English is in the current date what is called a Lingua Franca (the language of franks/the french) like so many languages before it. People all over the globe mix it with their own language because they can assume everybody knows what it means. Same with french in the 1700s, latin in the renaissance and afterwards in the 1600s, and sabir (latin mixed with arabic) after 1200 in the mediterranean. It's a language people can assume everybody understands. So it's not just boomer, but rather anything from the english language that can be used by anybody in a country where english is a compulsory subject in schools... which is pretty much everywhere by now

Boomer or Babyboomer is a specific term in German for those people born between 1946 and 1964, because of the higher than usual number of babies born during that time. That's the original meaning of boomer, but ofc now it has somewhat shifted to the slang meaning.
German has the option of sounding really harsh and angry, but it also has the option of sounding soft and cute. Not a lot of other languages can do that.
Relatable. Totally depends on the person, and what they do. Working nights, I consider myself lucky to get anywhere between 4-5 hours between shifts. Never thought of Kiara as a boomer, but in the context of an immortal phoenix I guess she kinda is. Always a treat to hear Kiara double down on the German.

Honestly as someone who has learned it for 3 years, its one of the easiest languages for an english speaker to learn. It really just clicks for me for some reason. There are a handful of things about it that are confusing but compared to other languages its not much (based on what ive seen)
