    Have no idea who you are, but Godspeed man, you'll get there no doubt. Started my journey about 6 months ago, alcohol, weed, eating garbage, excessive enterntainment and all the classics had to go, I had enough. Didn't really even watch this type of content back when I started, I just sort of realized my habits weren't exactly taking me where I want to be.

    Hey brother. Nicotine is usually not the issue. Smoke in longs is and the chemicals in cigarettes. Cigars instead of cigarettes and just puff it. Also you can check out rapè (shamanic medicine) , which you blow into your nose using a tool (kuripe). Tobacco is medicine it just has been weaponised from cig companies. The addiction is usually to the chemicals hence people get stuck on one brand usually. Cheers bro

    How is your diet? If you focus on gut health, and fix nutritional deficiencies, you will feel like an entirely new person. Nicotine cravings will disappear, if you properly regulate your dopamine/serotonin. Just replace habits with healthy ones that achieve the same reward! Try swapping cigarettes for cigars or coffee while you focus on diet.

      My diet is kind of ok. I don't eat any junk food at all, never, no sugar, no alcohol, just whole foods but I do get the feeling that eating carbs, even if they are not proccessed like plain white rice and fiber and all that stuff might not be that optimal. I'm thinking about trying a full carnivore diet... as soon as I start I'll talk about it and keep track of the experiement here in my channel.
