Anyone else notice that when Vox was smiling when he went on air it looked more like a desperate smile than a confident one? Like even he wasn’t sure that this would work. This is so much better when you notice Alastor just walking, seeing Vox dissing him and goes on to destroy him for fun.
can‘t we just all agree that alastor is one of the coolest characters in any tv series?!
It’s funny how in this song, Alastor is just curb-stomping Vox in their musical duel, compared to his with Lucifer, whom Alastor considers “a semi-worthy opponent.”
This is without a doubt my favourite (official) Hazbin Hotel song. Mostly because of Alastor, but still. It's just so catchy.

Notice that, when Alastor said 'Now heres the sugar om the cream, he asked me to join his team, now he's ***** thats the tea!' And Vox says 'HOLD ON NOW!' Lucifer acted the same way when Alastor said 'I care for you just like the daughter I spawned'in Hells Greatest Dad, so my theory is that Alastor doesnt really wants to be a villain, he just does it out of boredome to annoy people
Alastor was a criminal, radio host, cannibal, serial killer, an Hannibal Lecter if you want to consider him, but you may be right, I mean he had a pretty weird Mortal Code, but maybe after spending so much time in hell he got bored and wants to help while getting something in return.
Vox's voice sounds awesome and the funny drawing of Alastor reminds me of Big Fat Meanie lol

"that's the tea" was slang for gossip in the 1920's. Clout is a term for political power since the 1860s. It wasn't as anachronistic as you'd think
After Vox says "Ive got to send a message of whos really in charge here now" you hear Val chuckle. I almost think Vals expecting Vox to get his ass handed to him. This coupled with how he instigated Voxs anger seems to meen hes just as fed up with him as much as Vox is with Val.

Anyone else notice that when Vox was smiling when he went on air it looked more like a desperate smile than a confident one? Like even he wasn’t sure that this would work. It sort of fits cuz the whole song seemed like something that Vox didn’t plan out completely but doubled down on it because he hates Alastor that much.

Alright so like, this song kinda proves that Vox is strong as hell, let me cook on this. In the beginning, val says "are you still pissed he almost beat you that time". Val said almost, not that he did meaning Vox fought Alastor and won, which we know how strong Alastor is so for vox to have won means he's pretty damn strong too on top of his control over everyone around him.
