Love it, and the metaphors! I also have a Napoleon 605 Charcoal down here in NZ, and love it. Especially the Charcoal Rotisserie Basket. Great for Rabbits, Chicken, Porchetta, Eye Fillet etc. Great design and very functional. Must get a Salt Block.
Your respect for the ingredients and your very careful and thought out procedures combined with a very casual approach to recipes tells me you have what it takes to make extraordinary food.....so long as you don’t go falling in love with yourself. Stay humble.....it is the way of the true cook......professional or amateur.
Just discovered your channel today, and have been binge watching for 4.5 hours now... So you got yourself a new subscriber! Love your enthusiasm and diversity of videos! Keep up the good work 🤘. Groeten uit Zeeland en blijf lekker genieten!
I haven't laughed out loud at a RUclips video in a long time but that Angels peeing over your tongue comment did the trick. Thank you for that laugh I needed that!
Haha you funny Dutchie!! I use the exact same expression here in Canada. Guaranteed laughs! Never loose your silly Dutch-English-Dutch mate that is making your channel fun and yet very informative for the rest of the world =)
Oh my goodness that is HILARIOUS!!!!!! That made me LOL...something I haven't done since my Mom passed away Thanksgiving morning. Thank you for that!! It was much needed :)
I don't know much about those wood outdoor fireplaces. Does that keep your outdoor area warm? Or does that funnel heat to the inside of your house? Love the channel.. cheers mate
Hey just subscribed! Like the channel! I like the bone marrow soaked in seasalt water for 24 hours. Make sure to really submerge them for best results. The salt will get out all the blood, in turn makes the marrow much more buttery and just as flavorful if not more. Try this next time for a new, in my opinion next level experience that i think will delight you like never before! P.s. after the soaking it salt, you can also add the herbs you like and mix in with the marrow. Just remember if you do this also, you need to really crush down the herbs so they cook through. Better to use dry in my preference. Or just lay fresh thyme and rosemary on the top when grilling too. If fresh just add to the top before grilling. Enjoy! And hope your show is a huge success!!
Just Epic Roel!! Bone Marrow sauce and the garlic sauce...wonderful. One of your most creative videos so far. As "Foodie" as this recipe is...you make it seem so approachable and easy. Great content as always.
@@PITMASTERX How many languages are you looking at, i can translate into 4 south indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam) and HINDI. Please pick your language so that we are in synch.
Great videos but you have issues with framerates. Your slow mo's are good but your cameramen are using too high of a framerate for the rest (24 to 30 fps would be better).
"Angels peeing on your tongue"!! That is the best analogy I've ever heard! It all looks amazing Roel! Cheers!
hahahahh Thanks CJ
Alsof er een engeltje over je tong piest. One of the best Dutch sayings ever.
@@fredelmo I know no dutch, but I can translate what you have written. What a perfect saying!
R Kelly
You do know angels are male...right?
“Like angels peeing over your tongue”. Classic
jack burton I lost it when he said that lmfao
By far the best food comment I've ever heard.
Lmao
He need to patent that word,
A phrase I've only heard in Afrikaans before "Smaak my 'n engel het op my tong gepiepie." Just beautiful.
Roel used a pretty common Dutch expression and translated it literally into english. Classic haha.

Do you have a video of your cooking area? Those beams that are always in the background are intriguing. Keep up the good work!!!
I do a lot of roasted garlic. For convenience, I prefer to cut off the tops and drizzle w a little EVOO before I roast it.
Wow that’s awesome! Love your new toys!!
You are a legend! Love from Australia!
I really enjoy the inclusion of the camera guy!
Awesome Athur.. I like it to

Is that grill available in the United States?
You Dutch folk sure love your salt! God bless your heart... literally. Nice vid tho'...
Angels CRYING on your tongue!!!! :) Looked fantastic! Got to try that garlic...
wat is een goed substitut voor de wagyu rundflees? Mischeein kip? By the way, gekken video man!
Dont add the oil/fat in the salt block ... It creates a barrier so it wont be salty...
Alex RalXte thought I was the only one that was disappointed he did that.
Who edits these video's, he deserves a raise.
Now that is a proper grill.
Great video PX. Lovely one bite:)
Did you boil the marrow?
Great video bro, learning a lot with every upload. Keep up the good job..
Hot smoked! :D Thanks bro I will
A meet up/ grill up with Pitmaster X and Chucheman1 would be awesome.

What is hanger steak called in Dutch, I'd like to try it but when I come with english words for the meat my butcher always looks funny at me.
Longhaas. Ook wel onglet in de zuidelijke gebieden (en België en Frankrijk) :).
Does anybody know where I can buy that salt slab with the stainless platter combo?
Whoops, just found the napoleon product. nevermind.
Hi i would like to translate your videos into south indian language so that indians will love it. Whats the process?
That is awesome.. I would love that. Go to the subtitles button below the video. You can add subtitles there. Thank you very much for your support
@@PITMASTERX How many languages are you looking at, i can translate into 4 south indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam) and HINDI. Please pick your language so that we are in synch.
I don't even grill but I couldn't look away.

Very interesting grill. Never seen anything like it
Thanks.. it is awesome
It looks amazing!!
Thanks!
Why does the grill looks very slanted down and to the right?
Having a dish from the salt block has always turned out fine. Well... in the new order, we should think about a salt block act...
The salt block campaign begins :D
Oke... Ben inmiddels verslaafd aan je content hahaha!
Are you Dutch
Wow! Roel! Let me get some of that amazing recipe, so I can have a clue of how does it feels when angels are peeing on your tongue. Lmfaooo!
