To be fair you can't be expecting academy talent at a school level game. Remember that high school is a very low level compared to club and academy in the US but these guys are not that bad. Totally different style of play as well.

White team beat some huge schools, they even beat a team that is currently ranked 10th in the country I believe rn. as well as a team that beat many out of state teams. This state is NJ which has the #1 team in the country St Benedicts alongside other teams in the top 25 in the country (Not including Maxprep as maxprep's rankings are fraudulent.)

Now this is New Jersey but this is very low level soccer compared to club or big states.

This type of gameplay is kick and run with added features like a long throw. Uk style of play is possession and would clean up all long ball attempts them build right through the terrible system these teams play in.
