Amazing Base. The detail just astounds me. Too bad I don't get a lot of the references because I'm not a major Wanda fan. I believe the book in the basement / cave is supposed to be a reference to the Darkhold book. And from what I heard the Darkhold is a stupidly powerful dark book.

I think it's canon to the MCU that the Darkhold was just sitting in Johnny Blaze's basement and someone just came and grabbed it
