'Extremely confronting': Perth police shoot dead teenager who allegedly stabbed man

Western Australian police say they have shot and killed a teenager who allegedly attacked a man in a Perth car park. Police shot the 16-year-old after he approached the police with a knife and tasers failed to halt him.
