Love Katelyn. You guys should let the interviewer speak more. You frequently tried to finish her sentences and its hard to know what direction she was trying to take the conversation. It felt like the convo kept getting hijacked.

      Good critique.
You guys could have even better shows by letting the guest speak their insights, thoughts, and story...more in their own voice.
I'm not talking about silence on your part ! 😂
Still was a great interview, and you did much better than I could have !

She was the greatest I've ever seen. I never knew how much much it cost her.

    Re: Simone Biles in Olympics:
One's mind is just that. INDIVIDUALIZED. They also know so much about themselves that we don't.

Simone Biles couldn’t trust her mind body connection and could have been extremely injured if she had continued to compete that year.
I was ran over while cycling last year, and it really f’d me up in feeling safe in my body as I healed. Not knowing what I could or couldn’t do and if I would get hurt or not. It really pushes the freeze button in your mind. If she started having doubtful thoughts and concerns, it would throw off her ability to execute her sets….

Ok on the topic of Simone Byles .. don’t forget that if she lost her special relations in the air when she comes down, she could kill her self. So yeah, all the mental health stuff 100% but there’s physical danger in what she does and if she is not mentally there then it is truly unsafe for her to compete.
