I was here listening to this Evergreen on 26th December 2023 (Boxing Day). To my Grandpa Pa. Germanus Adeniji George who introduced this Legend to me while I was young, living in Lafiaji Lagos Island, RIP Papa.
Today I was walking down the street and I’m the son of Two Nigerians I would hear this when my dad would throw a party or when I would go to one of his friends parties. However today was a special day As I was walking down the street and heard this playing from someone’s car at 9am in the morning I started to sing and dance to it since I grew up hearing this I knew the words 😂😂😂.
Can't believe this song was released in 1972 and still very relevant till tomorrow.....wow as in, we play this song every 25th december morning. long live baba commander
