he never said that he did. he said it twice. "my partner threw the money in his face"...he said "i picked it up and collected the money"..i dont understand how you can just make up something that wasn't even said lol. and pnc was more connected to the streets than master p and cmurder. they went to the military and moved to california in the late 80s, pnc was still in new orleans so all of the no limit people were aware of who they were. nobody from no limit grew up with master p or cmurda, they never heard of them because p and c were older than them & moved to california. everybody on no limit met Master P in like 1995 when he decided to go back to new orleans and when he was looking for local talent. they grew up in the caliope but their own friends from their generation hadn't seen them in years. but they knew pnc because they were in the city and popular rappers. so i mean come on, why would it lead to somebody getting hurt? they all knew each other and it was just a disagreement between P and them over business. plus master p owed them money from a song they did for him on down south hustling. that album went gold. so of course they were upset if he didn't pay them the correct amount.

this was in 1995. master p had just moved back to new orleans after being in california since 1988. he didnt even know the artists on no limit. he went back to new orleans looking for talent to sign, and why would P get mad? they did a song on his album that blew him up. down south hustling. he owed them money and didnt give them the proper amount. ya'll not from new orleans so i guess ya'll dont understand that pnc were respected street dudes. plus P and C were the ones that nobody knew. they were older than everybody else by at least 5-6 years, nobody remembered them from the streets because C joined the military and then P moved to California in 1988. this is way before No Limit even signed their deal, before the ice cream man came out....master P was in the bay area of california using california slang and talking about the california streets. nobody knew him in new orleans except the guys who were around his age, but he left when he was like 18 so they just knew him as kids. yall think P and C were hanging out in the Caliope and had all this strength...hell naw, Master P went to college then moved to Cali. They started getting strength in the Caliope once they became rich and could start employing people in the Caliope..but in 95 during this time, they weren't even known in new orleans like that. this was probably before "im bout it" even came out in 95 the original.

bro in 1995, nobody in new orleans even knew who Master P was, especially if you were between the ages of 17-21. Master P was 25 or 26 in 1995, and he had left the city in 1988 to move to Richmond, California. He didn't come back to New Orleans until 1995. PNC were way younger than him and they were living in New Orleans, so they knew everybody and everybody knew them because they were in the streets + they were popular rappers. They were way more popular than Master P. They did a song on Down South Hustlers, which was the first record that P did when he decided to go back to the South. Before that, he was making compilations called West Coast Bad Boyz and was making albums using California slang and rapping about the California street life. He wasn't trying to blow up in the South, he wanted to blow up as a West Coast artist. But it didn't work like he planned, so he came back home in 1995. But nobody knew P then. P didn't become known in New Orleans until Im Bout It came out, and he was 25-26, so yeah the dudes in his age range knew him, but they were an older generation. They jump off the porch at 12 in New Orleans. Plus, Master P owed them money for a song on Down South Hustlers and tried to give them a lowball amount. He tried to play them and make them sign to him basically in order to get the money that was owed to them. PNC weren't lames bro. At the time, Master P was trying to build a buzz in his hometown of N.O. and they already were one of the top artists in the N.O...P came out with "Im bout it" in 1995 and the "Ice cream man" in 1996..thats when he became known in his hometown.

Partners in crime seem like some kool dudes to me but for some reason they not well liked atleast from birdman an master P cause birdman had some issues with partners in crime too birdman didn't like these dudes either. Both new orleans big dogs didnt like these dudes. But I guess they didn't like them cause they stood up for themselves. P probably thought he can just kind punk these dudes cause they some lil dudes or something. Notice C was involved cause he introduced them to P but C was the middle man so he couldn't really get involved with the extra shit he had to be the peacemaker. P was ready to get on some gangsta shit but P had to realize if he tryna come up he cant crash out so he worked it out them boys an they kool now. One of them even worked with no limit on the 504 boys album. But I believe P when he said he'll get on some gangsta shit cause he did what he did to pimp c I know he would of did it to them but P was wrong he owed them boys what they asked for. P almost crashed out with that Pimp c shit he risk it all on that one cause that was some shit that could of turned deadly.
