Hey! The dream stuff isn’t with the Halloween update so I believe you can do it as soon as you have a bed/something to sleep on! You can just sleep in your bed to access that feature. For the skin colours and stuff you can purchase the additional colours by redeeming your nook miles on the machine at resident services☺️
