Im reading a Security Breach fanfiction story called Security Breach: Redemption, picks up right after Savior Ending. And with the Release of RUIN, it hits different now that The Savior Ending is canon. Guess it’s canon now……..to me though since The GlamRocks are Fixed.
Ozone: That’s right, ladies and gentlemen. As much as I love Princess Quest as a method of storytelling, I have to accept that the Saviour ending is not the canon ending of Security Breach. But it looks, to me, like the Burntrap ending is the real ending which will lead us to having to save Gregory, probably in whatever digital world he’s in. Steel Wool: …Or is it?
Personally, I really enjoy the way the princess quest series is set up! The minigames have always been my favorite parts of FNAF, and this one just proves how cool they are :)
Originally in Security Breach, the folder that contained the princess sprite was named Cassidy. Steel Wool ended up changing it to Princess, which in my opinion, was something they didn’t expect anyone to find out so quickly. They probably originally intended for it to be revealed later, but IDK. I still believe Cassidy is The Princess. Also, one of the duffle bags that we find in Security Breach says that there was never a plan for there to be a Princess Quest 3, and there was no record of one being made, yet it existed. My guess is that the princess quest machines are meant to be a prison for Cassidy, and when we play them, we are able to set her free, killing the Afton Virus. Even though the save Vanny ending isn’t cannon, we at least have an idea that Cassidy is still around, which would also explain why Charlie/The Puppet would still be around (as Matpat theorized) The Puppet doesn’t hate William, but she doesn’t want him in her way. Her intention is to Save Them, but it seems the one who needed it the most was Cassidy, with the phrase in FNAF 2s mini game give cake to kids, SAVE HIM. Cassidy possess Golden Freddy, so it’s referring to the suit, not the soul inside. Because Cassidy is one of the OG missing kids in 85, so because she didn’t move on, the puppets job isn’t done. That’s why the puppets mask inside the blob doesn’t have tears. Charlie isn’t in the blob, she’s somewhere else. Not to mention that the Alpha Z staff bots have the same facial features as Nightmare Puppet, with a phrase, “in your dreams” on it.
I always liked the idea that, while Gregory pretty much enabled it, Cassidy was still the one to free Vanessa one way or another. After all, if she can't trap this version of William in a nightmare hell, than why not screw up his plans? EDIT: I like the take of Cassidy realizing that William won't stay down and keeping going more than "I just hate this guy". She saw him come back from the springlock failure and that's something that NO ONE should be able to bounce back from, so if he can do that then Cassidy has every right to assume that an eternal nightmare is the best option to keep William at bay. She finds another form of him? Better do as much as she can to hold that one back too. Also love the idea of Gregory being still alive (not a robot, we've already made him lore-important as Patient 46 so we don't need to add more on there), but it being a plot twist of him having been knocked out in the collapsing Pizzaplex and in a sort of limbo state. If he doesn't wake up he's probably going to die of natural causes and Glitchtrap's going to get away with his plans. And that's where Cassidy comes in, since she's already inside the digital world that Gregory's soul is trapped in whilst his body's essentially in a coma (like an out of body experience). Whoever Ruin Girl is she's probably just curious and exploring the place or she's a robot: her I can accept because Gregory already played an important role, and if he's a normal not-dead kid then that means we have at least one kid who did something big in FNaF without being dead at the time. Whatever happens, I hope Ruin at least makes for a good sequel to Security Breach.
@@grenouillesupremeDidn't Glotchtrap Blob say ! always come back. Also it doesn't make sense for the mimic to be glitchtrap especially since the mimic copy things at face value even I'm the books. The programming couldn't have mimic Afton unless there was an avatar to copy. Just like in Tiger rock the mimic a I copied the plushie that Edwins son had. So even if it was like the books the mimic would have to copy something is salt in real life not the video game.
@@Kishin_junior the only reason glitchtrap said that is because it was afton but then steel wool retconed it, the books are extremely accurate to the games and the mimuc shows up in ruin, if that's not enough evidence for you then i don't know what to say except : how do you know that fnaf 2 is canon ?

But besides that you do realize things don't go exactly like the books so the idea of using the books as an absolute guide without any analysis might prove faulty. For example if Edwin is Henry and Edwin made the Mimic. Do you remember the Pizzzaria Simulator ending? Henry basically made it up to catch all the animatronics in a prison he made. Don't you think he had other stuff in there he made? And the pizzaplex was built ontop.
Now that RUIN has everybody talking about this ending being the canon one, this video is more meaningful than just a possibility! Also I enjoyed every second of this video!
Man, I so wish the Burntrap ending wasn't a thing, Princess Quest makes for a _much_ better conclusion. Pizzeria Simulator burns everything down, and UCN connects this to FNaF World and Happiest Day so the MCI kids get their nice clean ending, but the Afton children _are_ left kinda empty-handed. Security Breach finally giving them their own Happiest Day would make for a pretty decent seventh (?) finale to the series, while simultaneously delivering a nice payoff to Help Wanted and Special Delivery. (Though I'd swap Cassidy for Charlotte, since Cassidy really should've rested after her party, and FNaF 3 even shows the Puppet's mask falling separately from the rest which would set up her sticking around to clean up the last remnants before moving on.) But nooooo, we've gotta have the Blob that throws the MCI moving on into question, Burntrap which is ???? right now, and a huge TO BE CONTINUED ending that leaves the Vanny and Glitchtrap setup completely unresolved. So many of the problems with Security Breach's story would just straight up not exist if Princess Quest took its place as the official ending.
@@grenouillesupreme Agony isn't a separate thing from souls and Remnant. Those things _are_ emotion and memory, and we see their equivalence in action with Andrew. As for Burntrap, as far as anyone following the games knows, he's just Springtrap, and multiple officially-approved guidebooks explicitly confirm this. The fact that the seventeenth short story collection reveals he might actually be something else that's not at all guessable from the game and completely removes the emotional impact (for me) isn't really a point in _favor_ of his impact being good. (Don't get me wrong, I like the Mimic _in Tales_ so far. But as much as I didn't like Afton coming back, this bait-and-switch is not _better_ by any means.)

Your narrative for this was really cool! I personally really believe in Cassidy being the princess. And in her being TOYSNHK. I believe that the PQ games take place well after UCN however, enough time that Cassidy has undergone character development and no longer cares for vengence. I think the references to UCN(Like Chica overlooking everything, 'I was the first I have seen everything' and the orange man trying to get Cassidy to rest) are simply there to further indicate that Cassidy was indeed the spirit in UCN. I also believe that after a while, Cassidy gained a degree of influence in the outside world. It's kind of implied in the emails that the PQ arcade games aren't supposed to be in the Pizzaplex and somehow just manifested in there. And there was another patron at the Pizzaplex who was playing the games and seemed to be working with Cassidy. And that's really cool. Imagining Cassidy and Glitchtrap having this secret war in the Pizzaplex

Coming back and watching this 3 months later. I find the parallels between Princess Quest and Ruin's game play interesting. Cassidy in PQ goes to places that Cassie goes that Gregory couldn't, like to the conveyor belt room and behind Bonnie's curtain. Also the using of the red lantern to create a shadow self that interacts with purple things while Cassidy interacts with the yellow things in the light, reminds me of using the red-eyed VANNI mask to switch between the light and the purple VR world. Also, going around lighting all the lanterns seems kind of similar to going around deactivating all the security nodes? Maybe I'm just reading too much into it.
Yeah I definitely think that since Andrew got freed in Frights and I believe golden share. Cassidy's the only spirit left that wants to end William or at least go after him after she descends from ucn she's trapped in princess quest. However so and she's after William Afton. And UCNDUO helps me to understand UCN more
The burntrap ending is not canon. There are countless pieces of information that point towards the princess quest ending being the only canon one, including the fact that it’s the only ending you get an achievement for completing.
Ruin spoilers bellow With the connection between two of the endings in sb and ruin, I think that princess quest might have been the true ending in sb because Gregory saves Vanessa in that ending and she is present in a ruin ending as herself, not vanny and the pizzaplex itself, while in a major state of disrepair doesn't appear to have any fire damage within. Just my thoughts.
I've always thought the he/him pronoun issue can be cleared up if you look at the animatronic being "male" but the spirit inside is "female", so both pronouns are correct. Never heard anyone else think about it that way, but that's how I make sense of it. Probably wrong, but it's a thought.
something else that could also solve the proplem is that cassidy thinks she is golden freddy , this is a possibility since in the novel trilogie william thinks in the novel trilogy that he is springtrap so it woudn't be a strech to say that cassidy thinks in ucn she is golden freddy hence the he/him pronounce, or it could be that scott is just trolling us with toysnhk's gender. since in the casting call for the vengefull spirit he said that the gender of toyshnk shoude not be made clear so yeah. what do you think of the 2 options as well.

Okay, but does anyone else think Cassie is Cassidy? I mean, if Scott was gonna make a new character, he could have named her Ava, or something brand new. But he didn't. He named her Cassie. Which is awesome because I love Cassidy, and by extension Cassie. Also, her line about her having a dad? It's old man concquences. Obviously. And don't tell me that she looks different from Cassidy. We all think Cassidy has black hair in pigtails. Well, maybe her hair got lighter as she got older? Or she died it? And who says that she was white? We don't know that for sure. And maybe that changed when she got brought back to life. That would explain how she knew Gregory, since he is the crying child, and they shared the Golden Freddy suit. At the very least, I think she's a part of Cassidy.

i think well, princess is not cassidy ( and i think cassidy is not the vengeful spirit ), i think is just vanessa trying to free herself with gregory in the arcade, but if is really cassidy, i will be happy, because this series not put ANY information about HER
The problem with Cassidy being the princess is the fact that Princess Quest was supposed to be an allegory for Vanessa being infected with the Glitchtrap virus since Tape Girl got taken out of the mobile port, but leave it to Steel Wool to contradict their own continuity.
I think if we take the Idea that The Storyteller A.I Mimic constructed characters from the Scripts The Mimic made, then "the Princess" is a reconstruction of Cassidy sealed in a Maze. Think of the way GGY is "Dr. Rabbit" Apprentice of the Wizard. All characters of Fantasy. The Storyteller is the Stage of both sides. And you know How Mimics pretending to be children love Games and Imagination.
My favorite part of all of your videos is hearing a Zelda music in the background. You always manage to find pieces that perfectly highlight the topic of the video.
I believe the Princess Quest arcade machines still have potential in the future of Security Breach. This is just my theory but perhaps they will return along with many more arcades like it where we as the Princess slay fractions of the Mimic since it has advanced with its fusion into the Blob. By doing so we free the animatronics from Glitchtrap’s control, Sun, Chica, Roxy, Monty, Music Man, maybe even Bonnie. And in the end they all help defeat the last of an Afton Amalgamation after a pretty sweet boss fight.
I've always despised the theory of Cassidy being TOYSNHK, not just because of the He/him pronouns or the fact that we're literally given a boy's face. It narratively makes no sense for an the evil angry spirit to suddenly become a hero who wants to stop the evil itself as well as saving other trapped souls like Vanessa. Actually, she's always been somewhat caring about Afton's children as shown in the Survival Logbook, that doesn't fit well with an anti-hero vengeful spirit who wants to keep a dead man alive and even go as far as killing anyone who tries to kill him. The two don't have the same goals. I think of Cassidy as the curious spirit rather than a vengeful one, she wants to learn more about her killer and his motives as well as to see if there are any other spirits she can save. She plays a role of every main character in a horror film, one that note wasn't she supposed to be the main character in some scrapped screenplay for the film? Exactly. She wants to stop the mess and put an end to it. While Andrew (or whoever TOYSNHK is) wants to cause the mess, eagerly refusing to move on just to watch his killer suffer the way he made him suffer. The two character arcs are clearly different from each other. Andrew's part of the story seems to be over as he was forcefully freed, unlike Cassidy who's still looking to defeat the Mimic as it continues William's legacy, not resting her soul until she makes sure everything is over, leaving no stone unturned until her job is finished. This, however, doesn't change anything in this video. It's just that "Cassidy is the Vengeful Spirit" part that annoys me.
I think they are called “he” because that’s the gender of the SUIT not the soul themselves. Also in UCN there are voice lines from TOYSNHK and they are clearly a girl’s voice. Yeah we are shown a guy’s face but Scott has always been inconsistent with gender so TOYSNHK’s sex or gender doesn’t really mean much. Also I don’t even think Andrew is a canon character to the games because…well he’s from the books and they aren’t canon and Scott said that they aren’t parrarles to each other.
Cassidy IS the vengeful spirit. Book's timeline is not canon to the games(escept the tales from the Pizzaplex). Also, I think that princess represents Vanessa, not Cassidy.

Evidence suggests that someone else is the Vengeful Spirit, and based on Scott's statement about Fazbear Frights being "directly connected" to the games, the Vengeful Spirit is Andrew. It makes perfect sense since Andrew doesn't seem to care about anything else other than torturing Afton, and if anyone stands in his way, he will hurt them badly. That contradicts Cassidy's behavior throughout the series, she communicated with Mike and seemingly the Crying Child and she seemed like she cared about CC, it doesn't make sense for her to just become evil and deranged all of a sudden. There's no reason to believe Frights is just a parallel even though it matches perfectly with the games, even more than Tales. I don't know who the princess represents, I don't think it's Vanessa because Vanessa was locked in some kind of a cage in the Princess Quest minigames, she was trapped in the backstage area the whole time. I think the princess is either someone else or just a normal video game playable character, she doesn't have to represent anyone.
I like that this gives Cassidy a character, but she’s still…. Nobody in the end. The only person with impressive ability not tied directly to a FazFounder.
gotta love the meta narative here. Greggory wakes up in the pizza plex lost, confused, and hunted, not just the animatronics but also a strange rabbit lady is after him. probably because hes the best at arcade games always getting the top score and signing it ggy, at some point he finds an arcade machine he hasnt played before "princess quest" although something odd happens, the game begins to play itself without any input from him. on the flipside cassidy a girl, or boy, whos most recent memory is tormenting their killer suddenly wakes up in some odd place but they cant move, not until a strange lost looking boy stumbles across the machine and looks at it, then cassidy can move all they want they just hope that this boy will keep watching them so that they can move eventually they reach the end of the game and gregory is allowed to put in his innitials to claim the top score, kind of a wierd expierience but who cares he has top spot on this game as well. he leaves happy that no one stumbled across him watching this arcade play itself. later that night gregory needs to repair a head so he can play america simulator however dj music man wakes up gregory goes to turn the power back on but instead of hitting the last switch he walks to the end of the hall and finds "princess quest 2". "wowie another new game to play" he says but when he notices the name he thinks "will this one play itself as well" he asks himself when he walks up to it he is un surprised to find that it is indeed playing itself enticed he watches hoping that the animatronics that are currently in the area looking for him, including the giant 6 legged bouncer, dont come to this hallway. cassidy awakes in yet another odd place the last thing they remember was a giant purple amalgamation. they walk through the door to find a familier face, old man consequences "hey cassidy. remember when i told you to leave the demon to his demons? well forget that heres a sword now go fight some demons yeeha". "disassemble freddy" the rabit lady orders as the staff bots begind ripping gregory's only friend in this place into pieces. gregory runs to the rafters far above fazerblast into the secret hideout of vanny. he sees it, the controller for the staff bots, all he needs to do is tell them to disassemble vanny, and he needs to do it fast because vanny is on her way. but sudenly he sees it "princess quest 3" gregory must make a dissision does he save himself and defeat vanny or waste time watching the game play itself, honestly the answer is obvious. gregory grabs a bag of faz corn and begins watching princess quest 3, after all what else could be so important. cassidy walks through this bizzare building and gregory notes how similar it is to the freddy fazbear virtual expirience he was allowed to beta test. that was the day his life was ruined by some wierd glitchy rabbit taking over his body "im sure theres absolutly no connection to be found here" he says to himself as he contiues watching the princess pick up a rabbit plush and trying to tune out the "are you having fun yet" thats coming from outside. more time goes by and the princess has picked up a wierd rabbit mask that kind of looks like the one vanny has. speaking of vanny she is now banging on the door demanding to be let in "calm down, you can kill me after i finish watching this game play itself" gregory states. cassidy reaches the end of the game. every thing goes quite. greggory looks outside to find all the staff bots dissabled and vanny no where to be seen. he leaves finds vanessa and fred head and they all leave for ice cream. gragory bites into his fazcicle and is very happy that things conviniently took care of themselves with out him having to do anything. this story makes far more sence than gregory is somehow possesed by glitchtrap and in his moments of free will discovers that his soul is locked in one of the arcade games. he plays every arcade in the pizzaplex until he finds balloon world the arcade that contains his soul beating it and freeing himself. when he finds out about vanny being possessed by glitchtrap as well he plays the only arcade machines he hasn't played yet and since one of them happens to be in vanny's room it's a pretty good bet that it contains her soul . thus gregory beats princess quest freeing vannesa from her prison with his own skill. meanwhile cassidy is playing ucn tormenting afton for years to come.
“Princess Quest” retraces the footsteps of Vanessa in “Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted VR”, explaining how she was corrupted by Glitchtrap, committing murderous acts under Glitchtrap’s control as Vanny.
You mean the girl on the Ruin DLC poster looks like the Princess Quest sprite. As far as I remember we've never actually got any physical description of Cassidy. (unless I am forgetting something, which is possible).

This is a one of my favorite moments in the games. I like how it tells a story about Cassidy and her revenge on William. Great job on it! 😊

Man, I so wish the Burntrap ending wasn't a thing, Princess Quest makes for a _much_ better conclusion. Pizzeria Simulator burns everything down, and UCN connects this to FNaF World and Happiest Day so the MCI kids get their nice clean ending, but the Afton children _are_ left kinda empty-handed. Security Breach finally giving them their own Happiest Day would make for a pretty decent seventh (?) finale to the series, while simultaneously delivering a nice payoff to Help Wanted and Special Delivery.
(Though I'd swap Cassidy for Charlotte, since Cassidy really should've rested after her party, and FNaF 3 even shows the Puppet's mask falling separately from the rest which would set up her sticking around to clean up the last remnants before moving on.)
But nooooo, we've gotta have the Blob that throws the MCI moving on into question, Burntrap which is ???? right now, and a huge TO BE CONTINUED ending that leaves the Vanny and Glitchtrap setup completely unresolved. So many of the problems with Security Breach's story would just straight up not exist if Princess Quest took its place as the official ending.

As for Burntrap, as far as anyone following the games knows, he's just Springtrap, and multiple officially-approved guidebooks explicitly confirm this. The fact that the seventeenth short story collection reveals he might actually be something else that's not at all guessable from the game and completely removes the emotional impact (for me) isn't really a point in _favor_ of his impact being good. (Don't get me wrong, I like the Mimic _in Tales_ so far. But as much as I didn't like Afton coming back, this bait-and-switch is not _better_ by any means.)

I personally really believe in Cassidy being the princess. And in her being TOYSNHK. I believe that the PQ games take place well after UCN however, enough time that Cassidy has undergone character development and no longer cares for vengence. I think the references to UCN(Like Chica overlooking everything, 'I was the first I have seen everything' and the orange man trying to get Cassidy to rest) are simply there to further indicate that Cassidy was indeed the spirit in UCN.
I also believe that after a while, Cassidy gained a degree of influence in the outside world. It's kind of implied in the emails that the PQ arcade games aren't supposed to be in the Pizzaplex and somehow just manifested in there. And there was another patron at the Pizzaplex who was playing the games and seemed to be working with Cassidy.
And that's really cool. Imagining Cassidy and Glitchtrap having this secret war in the Pizzaplex

Coming back and watching this 3 months later. I find the parallels between Princess Quest and Ruin's game play interesting. Cassidy in PQ goes to places that Cassie goes that Gregory couldn't, like to the conveyor belt room and behind Bonnie's curtain. Also the using of the red lantern to create a shadow self that interacts with purple things while Cassidy interacts with the yellow things in the light, reminds me of using the red-eyed VANNI mask to switch between the light and the purple VR world. Also, going around lighting all the lanterns seems kind of similar to going around deactivating all the security nodes?
Maybe I'm just reading too much into it.

The burntrap ending is not canon. There are countless pieces of information that point towards the princess quest ending being the only canon one, including the fact that it’s the only ending you get an achievement for completing.

Ruin spoilers bellow
With the connection between two of the endings in sb and ruin, I think that princess quest might have been the true ending in sb because Gregory saves Vanessa in that ending and she is present in a ruin ending as herself, not vanny and the pizzaplex itself, while in a major state of disrepair doesn't appear to have any fire damage within.
Just my thoughts.
I've always thought the he/him pronoun issue can be cleared up if you look at the animatronic being "male" but the spirit inside is "female", so both pronouns are correct. Never heard anyone else think about it that way, but that's how I make sense of it. Probably wrong, but it's a thought.

Okay, but does anyone else think Cassie is Cassidy? I mean, if Scott was gonna make a new character, he could have named her Ava, or something brand new. But he didn't. He named her Cassie. Which is awesome because I love Cassidy, and by extension Cassie. Also, her line about her having a dad? It's old man concquences. Obviously. And don't tell me that she looks different from Cassidy. We all think Cassidy has black hair in pigtails. Well, maybe her hair got lighter as she got older? Or she died it? And who says that she was white? We don't know that for sure. And maybe that changed when she got brought back to life. That would explain how she knew Gregory, since he is the crying child, and they shared the Golden Freddy suit. At the very least, I think she's a part of Cassidy.

The problem with Cassidy being the princess is the fact that Princess Quest was supposed to be an allegory for Vanessa being infected with the Glitchtrap virus since Tape Girl got taken out of the mobile port, but leave it to Steel Wool to contradict their own continuity.

I believe the Princess Quest arcade machines still have potential in the future of Security Breach. This is just my theory but perhaps they will return along with many more arcades like it where we as the Princess slay fractions of the Mimic since it has advanced with its fusion into the Blob. By doing so we free the animatronics from Glitchtrap’s control, Sun, Chica, Roxy, Monty, Music Man, maybe even Bonnie. And in the end they all help defeat the last of an Afton Amalgamation after a pretty sweet boss fight.

I've always despised the theory of Cassidy being TOYSNHK, not just because of the He/him pronouns or the fact that we're literally given a boy's face. It narratively makes no sense for an the evil angry spirit to suddenly become a hero who wants to stop the evil itself as well as saving other trapped souls like Vanessa. Actually, she's always been somewhat caring about Afton's children as shown in the Survival Logbook, that doesn't fit well with an anti-hero vengeful spirit who wants to keep a dead man alive and even go as far as killing anyone who tries to kill him. The two don't have the same goals. I think of Cassidy as the curious spirit rather than a vengeful one, she wants to learn more about her killer and his motives as well as to see if there are any other spirits she can save. She plays a role of every main character in a horror film, one that note wasn't she supposed to be the main character in some scrapped screenplay for the film? Exactly. She wants to stop the mess and put an end to it. While Andrew (or whoever TOYSNHK is) wants to cause the mess, eagerly refusing to move on just to watch his killer suffer the way he made him suffer. The two character arcs are clearly different from each other. Andrew's part of the story seems to be over as he was forcefully freed, unlike Cassidy who's still looking to defeat the Mimic as it continues William's legacy, not resting her soul until she makes sure everything is over, leaving no stone unturned until her job is finished.
This, however, doesn't change anything in this video. It's just that "Cassidy is the Vengeful Spirit" part that annoys me.

I think they are called “he” because that’s the gender of the SUIT not the soul themselves. Also in UCN there are voice lines from TOYSNHK and they are clearly a girl’s voice. Yeah we are shown a guy’s face but Scott has always been inconsistent with gender so TOYSNHK’s sex or gender doesn’t really mean much. Also I don’t even think Andrew is a canon character to the games because…well he’s from the books and they aren’t canon and Scott said that they aren’t parrarles to each other.
Cassidy IS the vengeful spirit. Book's timeline is not canon to the games(escept the tales from the Pizzaplex). Also, I think that princess represents Vanessa, not Cassidy.

Evidence suggests that someone else is the Vengeful Spirit, and based on Scott's statement about Fazbear Frights being "directly connected" to the games, the Vengeful Spirit is Andrew. It makes perfect sense since Andrew doesn't seem to care about anything else other than torturing Afton, and if anyone stands in his way, he will hurt them badly. That contradicts Cassidy's behavior throughout the series, she communicated with Mike and seemingly the Crying Child and she seemed like she cared about CC, it doesn't make sense for her to just become evil and deranged all of a sudden. There's no reason to believe Frights is just a parallel even though it matches perfectly with the games, even more than Tales.
I don't know who the princess represents, I don't think it's Vanessa because Vanessa was locked in some kind of a cage in the Princess Quest minigames, she was trapped in the backstage area the whole time. I think the princess is either someone else or just a normal video game playable character, she doesn't have to represent anyone.

gotta love the meta narative here. Greggory wakes up in the pizza plex lost, confused, and hunted, not just the animatronics but also a strange rabbit lady is after him. probably because hes the best at arcade games always getting the top score and signing it ggy, at some point he finds an arcade machine he hasnt played before "princess quest" although something odd happens, the game begins to play itself without any input from him. on the flipside cassidy a girl, or boy, whos most recent memory is tormenting their killer suddenly wakes up in some odd place but they cant move, not until a strange lost looking boy stumbles across the machine and looks at it, then cassidy can move all they want they just hope that this boy will keep watching them so that they can move eventually they reach the end of the game and gregory is allowed to put in his innitials to claim the top score, kind of a wierd expierience but who cares he has top spot on this game as well. he leaves happy that no one stumbled across him watching this arcade play itself.
later that night gregory needs to repair a head so he can play america simulator however dj music man wakes up gregory goes to turn the power back on but instead of hitting the last switch he walks to the end of the hall and finds "princess quest 2". "wowie another new game to play" he says but when he notices the name he thinks "will this one play itself as well" he asks himself when he walks up to it he is un surprised to find that it is indeed playing itself enticed he watches hoping that the animatronics that are currently in the area looking for him, including the giant 6 legged bouncer, dont come to this hallway. cassidy awakes in yet another odd place the last thing they remember was a giant purple amalgamation. they walk through the door to find a familier face, old man consequences "hey cassidy. remember when i told you to leave the demon to his demons? well forget that heres a sword now go fight some demons yeeha".
"disassemble freddy" the rabit lady orders as the staff bots begind ripping gregory's only friend in this place into pieces. gregory runs to the rafters far above fazerblast into the secret hideout of vanny. he sees it, the controller for the staff bots, all he needs to do is tell them to disassemble vanny, and he needs to do it fast because vanny is on her way. but sudenly he sees it "princess quest 3" gregory must make a dissision does he save himself and defeat vanny or waste time watching the game play itself, honestly the answer is obvious. gregory grabs a bag of faz corn and begins watching princess quest 3, after all what else could be so important. cassidy walks through this bizzare building and gregory notes how similar it is to the freddy fazbear virtual expirience he was allowed to beta test. that was the day his life was ruined by some wierd glitchy rabbit taking over his body "im sure theres absolutly no connection to be found here" he says to himself as he contiues watching the princess pick up a rabbit plush and trying to tune out the "are you having fun yet" thats coming from outside. more time goes by and the princess has picked up a wierd rabbit mask that kind of looks like the one vanny has. speaking of vanny she is now banging on the door demanding to be let in "calm down, you can kill me after i finish watching this game play itself" gregory states. cassidy reaches the end of the game. every thing goes quite. greggory looks outside to find all the staff bots dissabled and vanny no where to be seen. he leaves finds vanessa and fred head and they all leave for ice cream. gragory bites into his fazcicle and is very happy that things conviniently took care of themselves with out him having to do anything.
this story makes far more sence than gregory is somehow possesed by glitchtrap and in his moments of free will discovers that his soul is locked in one of the arcade games. he plays every arcade in the pizzaplex until he finds balloon world the arcade that contains his soul beating it and freeing himself. when he finds out about vanny being possessed by glitchtrap as well he plays the only arcade machines he hasn't played yet and since one of them happens to be in vanny's room it's a pretty good bet that it contains her soul . thus gregory beats princess quest freeing vannesa from her prison with his own skill. meanwhile cassidy is playing ucn tormenting afton for years to come.
