feel like it looks better with the Stinger than it does with the HISS tank. But the Viper looks great with the red deco figure set that goes with the HISS. So in my collection this gets split up.

I think you can tether it to the cobra Stinger. I missed Hiss too so I didn't buy this piece. My buy it for the stinger though...good review,!
