Gaya nga ng sabi ko subjective yung tanong. Nakadepnde if what good traits have you seen in the past admin (gov't). For e.g. PNoy's admin was notable in raising our ranking sa least corrupt (mas naging hindi kurap ang bansa), lumiit din ang foreign debt natin sa admin nya. So, ibig sabihin ba na less corrupt ang bansa. Ang tao ang makakapagsabi non.
