- Hey Everyone!
Ok this filming day did not go as planned! I didn't film as much as I hoped to throughout the day because I ended up being super busy with work and on a huge time crunch so I apologize that you don't get to see it all BUT I chose to still upload the video because THIS IS REAL LIFE right!? Life is crazy, messy and busy especially with twins and two working parents who are trying to renovate their house 🤣🤣 and even though you only get to see a glimpse of it hopefully it'll still give you an idea of how we juggle it all.
This was filmed on a weekend where my husband is off work so we chose to try and get a few crazy house projects done. I am a Realtor so my work sometimes gets crazy without a moments notice - like this day - so I ended up having to change up my plans and head out the door to help a client.
The parts of the video that you didn't see was getting diapers changed, clothes on for the day, a mini 6 months photo session, kids loaded up in the car to head over to Aunties house (thank you Auntie for watching the babies for us!) and my trip to our local hardware store to get more nails for the floors. Again, sorry that I didn't film all of that I was trying to go super fast in order to get back to the house and help Dean with the projects before leaving for work. 🤪

I’m so sorry I didn’t get to this sooner. I hope tummy time got better for you. My daughter hated it too. I just did it little bits at a time until she got used to it more. It was actually good for their reflux cause it allowed to get the burps out.
I hope when you are old and need someone to comfort you during the night you have to cry it out and self soothe!! It's your job as a mother to comfort your crying children! How selfish!
My kids get lots and lots of cuddles and comfort thank you for your concern. It’s also my job to teach them how to self soothe, problem solve and get better quality - uninterrupted sleep and that’s what we’ve done. My kids sleep 11-12 hours straight other than me getting them out of bed to nurse. 🥰 They are happy healthy sweet babies and for what it’s worth I was the youngest of 6 kids to a single mother so I’m sure my mom couldn’t get to me every time I cried and I turned out fabulous! 😝

Actually having babies cry it out does more damage than good to babies.
