Hi Alex, this folder serves as the browser cache for Internet Explorer. It basically makes it so that web pages load faster the next time they're visited. Despite the 'temporary' in the name, it will actually remain on your drive until you manually clear it like I do in this video.
@@ProfessorAdamMorgan so basically it's the downloaded cache from previous pages. Usually websites that uses cache tells the user that they uses *cookies* to help the site load faster the next time it's loaded. Usually I don't care about deleting them.

You didn't click that other button: Clean up system files. It deletes more files not needed.

Yep, that's typically the case. That's why I occasionally run a disk cleanup. I don't notice a difference in loading speed after deleting them.
