Thank you! The instructions never mentioned one needed a paperclip to reset the device and never thoroughly explained the custom settings. In a small room, I only need it to operate for 5 seconds as the Grade 1-4 auto settings run for 15 seconds. Way too much. Now I'll try to reset mine! Again tks!

Hello! Sorry for the delay. To change the scent frequency of the AE450, please select the “Custom” section to program your own “Start Working Time” and “Stop Working Time”. The “Start Working Time” is the amount of time in seconds in which the unit will release the scent, while the “Stop Working Time” is the amount of time in seconds in which your unit will pause and not scent. The “Stop Working Time” can go up to 300 seconds or 5 minutes. You can see how this section looks when viewing the Programming segment of our video, which starts at 1:10.

I just saw an ad for a different product(won't mention the name). Watched a video, then the algorithm brought me to this video. The two products are IDENTICAL, except for the branding. Can you tell me what's going on?

Hi Jennifer! Before switching aroma oil bottles in your scent system, please clean the diffuser straw from any residue by doing the following: 1. Placing a paper towel under the diffuser straw. Do not screw in any fragrance bottles while doing this - just leave the white bottom cap placed on the machine with the paper towel inside. Make sure to diffuse for 10 minutes. This will evaporate the oil residue within the diffuser straw and scent system - eliminating used oil fragrance. 2. Once finished, you can screw in your other fragrance bottle or switch your fragrance!
