The Turks are proud of their culture and their country since they are the most advanced Muslim nation in terms of Education and overall Society. Most of Arab Muslims see non-arabs muslims from South Asia as sub-humans and even in South Asia there are way too many divisions between muslim communities due to different castes, languages and sects.

People wrote about him about 100 years after his death so the information is not reliable. I mean it's a great series but obviously more than 80% is not accurate.
