    ASA Reference List.
The reference list provides bibliographic information for each source cited in your assignment.
    For an online journal article:
[Author Last name, First name. Year. “Title of Article.” Name of Publication volume number(issue number): page range.]
    Includes:
    • Authors
    • Year
    • Article title
    • Journal title
    • Volume and issue number
    • Page numbers
Each source type has its own formatting guidelines.
Where does the reference list go? The reference list goes on the last page.
What does the reference list include? All the sources you cite in your paper.
What should the reference list look like? The title should be “References.” List all authors, but only the primary author’s name is inverted as: Last name, First name.
Two authors: do not separate the first and second author by a comma. Instead use “and.”
    [Parnaby, Patrick and Vincent Saco.]
More than two authors: separate author names with a comma and include “and” before the final author name.
[Amhag, Lisbeth, Lisa Hellström, and Martin Stigmar.]
The reference list should be double-spaced unless otherwise indicated by your instructor.
    Don’t forget the hanging indent.
