Leader Jiwon said it hurts to think that they were only together for three years TAT and that they envy Shinwha and Jaeduk obba agreeing to that comment.... Saying that they could all pursue their own field of music like Shinwha and still kept Sech Skies's name.... Thanks to Mudo they are finally back after 16 long years!!!!!!!
tbh when you compare Sechskies to other boy group in 1st generation, they're a bit different, they have darker, stronger image (much like 2PM and Beast nowadays). And their visual tho... well, most idols were flower boys, but age sometime later. then we have Sechskies as one of the few groups that maintain their visuals *really* *really* great. Still rocking blue / rose gold / pink hair in their late 30s. Even Go Jiyong still look like a flower CEO that came out from k-dramas.
I still love Eun Ji Won. LMAO. I have a new lover now but he was my one and only kpop idol love. I'm not into kpop now but when i was it lasted for about 2 years. Haha. I never liked another idol from another group.
it's such a pity sechkies only last for 3 years. they were so good ! so many fans ! they were big hit just like HOT .. they should survive longer :'( even i'm not their generation fan.. but i can say I always miss the first generation kpop. they seem a lot fun to watch :))
Ji won is so funny, he likes so much to play, to have fun...he parodies all of his best dances just for fun...a very great, spontaneous and creative artist he is...always full of surprises:)))

I really feel bad for the first generation idol groups, they had it harder than the idol groups nowadays. What Jaeduk said is right, the idols these days are luckier. It all started since I think from the 3rd generation in line like Shinee, 2PM/2AM, f(x), etc., The second generation was still kind of hard until you see SHINee debuted, that was when the idols, even Shinhwa, started to debut as solo singers without disbanding. So I think it all started easier in the 3rd generation. 1st generation idols had it the hardest, the second generation was still kind of hard but they were the generation that starts developing the entertainment industry with technologies and stuff. The 3rd really is the easiest, I would say, all they have to do is just spread the trend and that, but idol groups began their solo career without disbanding at this generation, including Shinhwa.
You know, Sometimes I'm really grateful for being a Changjo... Because if I was an H.O.T, Sechskies, g.o.d or NRG fan, I would cry so much watching this show... H.O.T are my second favorite and I still cry sometimes seeing them together now. I think for Sechskies, the real reason for them to disband was probably similar or the same with H.O.T.'s... I knew that SM Entertainment works their artists up to the limit where they all can give up, and they were/are cruel and strict to their artists. But for Sechskies' case, I read somewhere, a long time ago, the real reason about them disbanding was the same case happened to H.O.T., their company treated them badly and I also read that there was a time where a fan, I think.. saw Sechskies members got black eyes like they got beaten by their management... I think that's what really happened, in the case of their disbandment. But seriously, they really ended too early, 3 years.. wow... At least, 5 years like H.O.T. is good, but 3 years.. wah...

But their company wanted them to be as competitive and better than H.O.T., so they didn't had a break at all for 3 years continuously and stressing them non-stop. Plus, they were not allowed to have individual activity then.

H.O.T disbanded because the contract expired, and SM only renewed Kangta's and Heejun's contract.
