The turkey was sitting in a brine, it's not necessarily supposed to be seasoned on top. Any dry seasoning would have rubbed off anyway in the liquid. You're so sweet to go visit unc so he wasn't all alone on Thanksgiving ❤ This year it was just me and my mom, my brother and his wife were only by for like 30 minutes because they just had their first baby and they're exhausted. I also just lost my dad in August, he was only 58 and we were best friends, twins. It was a sad day for me but I'm so thankful I went and spent the day with my mom. I hope you feel better btw, don't sleep on going to the doctor
