You can look up the few pieces of character art huke made for it online. -There is a manga for the game but it plays out far differently than what happens in the game. Think of it like an alternative canon. -Black Rock Shooter is a concept art made by huke and that's where it all started. It was not originally a manga.
Let's be honest here. The OP video is great in graphics. Who else was disappointed in the game's graphics? (Actually I hate only the graphics, the game itself was great)
