Hogwarts Legacy is an action role-playing game in which players are able to attend classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Set in the 1890's, 100 years before the events of Harry Potter, the player character is a student starting at Hogwarts in the fifth year. You hold the key to a mysterious ancient magic that threatens the Wizarding World. Locations from the Wizarding World franchise will be explorable such as the Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley, and Hogsmeade. The player character will learn to cast various magical spells, brew potions and master combat abilities.

I had to pause sooo many times during this quest to take a breather. I’m someone who watches horror games, not plays them. They did great and this quest was freaky as hell.

I looked at a different video and you don't need to complete the game. Just get up to a high enough level (I think it's like level 17/18) to get through it!@@RebeckahHufflepuff

This quest was one of the frist times in a while I've been legit creeped out in a video game
And they didn't even have to try and make the characters look "scary"
I've lost count of all the hidden rooms and caves in this game 😭 there's hundreds of them lol
I’m completely amazed, this game went full horror for this section and nailed it
It did. I learned very quickly to have Incendio and spells with upgrades that had area of effect damage around me to deal with the mannequins. I literally made the joke another comment before that it literally brought up my inner Markiplier.
Yea I'm both extremely impressed and gonna go straight to do this mission when I get home from work tonight. However I'm also now very against this kind of dlc for any third party game being exclusive for any reason. Obviously WB is not new to the gaming Industry but the way the have handled the launch, platform focus with various things from issues to preloads and launching times as well as exclusive deals they should leave Hollywood business deals in Hollywood and understand that it's not cool or ok fans made them a lot of money....let alone the fact that their was a boycott that was fruitless from a group that's got some serious issues with being told no rather then splitting up fans they should be equally doing whatever they can to please all of us.
I went into this quest not knowing what it was as a last mission before I went to sleep for the night and couldn’t believe how long it was ! Now I realized it is the dlc lol, definitely was freaky but nothing too bad .
Honestly they did it so well and without the horror cliches.
I was trying to keep cool, but I’m certain there were little girl screams here and there; it was scary~🥺

This quest was insane. The devs went all out on this one. And you're one skilled gamer!
They obviously didn't if the quest doesn't even function properly, buggy to even start the quest in the first place and then lanterns constantly dissappear and going back to your last save makes you get blocked off by a stone wall which is impossible to get past

Just finished this quest and it completely freaked me out. Jump scares are fun but those mannequins crossed the line! Glad to see I wasn’t the only one who blew them up whenever they were on screen. Can’t get over just how amazing this game is.

I usually don't get chills from someone playing a scary mission... this one... this one got me shaking man. The devs did so well.

Trev my guy, you gotta start using more than one page for spells. Makes fights go faster but, also you feel like an absolute badass throwing out 8-12 different spells back to back.

So she sells for a price then buys back at a discount. She makes a profit for every sucker who buys the shop. Genius! Still it sucks game companies keep selling out to PS. You really need to invest in your core to more spell slots.

I completely forgot about the dang hat. 😆 I just thought I was getting a shop real quick before I went to bed at 2 am. I got in the room with dangling mannequins and spent the next hour and a half wondering what the heck I had gotten into.

I’m on PC and I’ve tried to get into that building countless times, I’ve casted probably 100 spells on the front door because it glowed blue when I used revelio so I thought it was a puzzle or something. I feel like an idiot now.

I had so much fun playing this quest but at the same time It really creeped me out! There’s something about moving mannequins that seriously Disturbs me maybe it’s the fact that they shouldn’t move in the first place.
My issue with maniquins moving or otherwise goes back to a horror anime I watched years ago. A demon living in an abandoned mall and was luring in young women and turning them into maniquins to "preserve their beauty". However their minds were still alive trapped in their new plastic bodies. The hero's showed up, beat the demon and then because they had no way to turn the girls back just shut the doors leaving all the girls trapped forever as maniquins in pitch blackness and silence. The episode ended on a black screen with the screams and wails of the girls before the credits rolled.
I went through this mission yesterday and I was not anticipating what I went through here. I’m not a horror fan and I wanted out the entire time, but that was honestly a good surprise.

dude ive been playing nonstop. i watched the first couple of your vids but i been forcing myself not to watch cuz i didnt wanna spoil it but this is hands down the best game ever its so much fun cruising around doing whatever, also doing side missions, and then popping back into the story every now and then. its incredible.

Wow! That was a fun little adventure. Great episode, so cool. Also, from a 'future' perspective the fact that the character has a shop in Hogsmeade is super nifty for future tidings - that and I bet he could potentially by the home of Cassandra at market since she is going to be in Azkaban. hehe

Really enjoyed the quest, personally I think this should've been available from the start to make it worth a ps5 year long exclusive. 10% extra wouldn't break the game, by the time I got this quest I purchased everything I needed

Xtrawdktra today feeding him showered, too much. Yeah I keep telling him showered Shreya. Why was way too much. Ballengee was a little too much on way down with the privacy wheat germ Maisonet art by slide by the king arena, Ryan about it a lot today yeah, no line and I’ll rule the valley, bigger than you got in a long time. I love everyone that one in the bus, friends and family when my friend is driving in the Quincy been riding her eggs a lot today and I don’t want to feel like changing my evil ways of angry as white mode don’t want to change today change boys being doublecheck if we can drive you know 129J wrong now that’s all wrong

Am i the only one who wasn't creeped out by this quest? I had such a blast playing it. After i finished it i tried to go back in the chest, does that make me weird?
23:56 when I took my lantern out through the window nothing happened. I know have a bugged lantern floating around that I cannot grab and the room doesn’t flip back around

For anyone with the same issue: what fixed it for me was selecting “restart from last save” in the settings, it doesn’t bring you that far back (roughly 5 mins of gameplay). I’ve seen on Reddit that this fix didn’t work for some other people. People on Reddit said that uninstalling and redownloading the game apparently fixed it, although I don’t know how much progress into the quest you’ll still have. Try reloading from a previous save before uninstalling your game

Hmmm…little bit of a lore breaker there with freeing the house elf.
House Elves see being given clothing and/or being set free as being dishonorable discharged. Some find it so despairing they give into heavy drinking, feeding themselves to dangerous beasts and other methods of self termination.
The house elves of Hogwarts refused to clean Gryffindor’s common room due to Hermion’s emancipation efforts via S.P.E.W in leaving clothing around for the elves to be set free. They were so insulted they left Gryffindor’s house a mess!
Dobby however was an exception and never took his freedom for granted.
Anyway, it’s pretty cool they brought in another Poltergeist to the story, shame he can not be a much more added effect to the story via a helpful companion who brings havoc to your enemies.
Well to be fair, Penny did seem happy like Dobby was so I guess not all Elves feel the same about receiving clothing

I've been enjoying this series but this was ABSOLUTELY NUTS! The devs must have had a ball developing this. This was insane. Trev you did fantastic with it. That was NUTS.
It reminded me of the Weeping Angels in that one David Tennant episode of Doctor Who. Super creepy.
I was considering getting the PS4 version mostly for this quest and the Felix Felicis, even though I got the PC version already so I wouldn’t need to wait the extra months, but for a ten percent increase on gear sales and no selling excess potions/ingredients/combat plants etc… that dungeon probably pulls together all of my less enjoyed aspects of the game. I’m not saying it’s a bad design, just not a high enough payoff for me to soldier through instead of doing the stuff I have fun with
You might of already figured this out but I was watching previous episodes and saw you talking about the glasses looking stupid and not sure if you knew you can take them off but still keep the attributes of them by going to your gear and hovering over the item you want to change and pressing change appearance

That’s called pirating or looting. Which makes you a thief. Also, modding will not grant you access to the quest. Files for the quest were intentionally left out.
Idk for you guys but this is how an interview + apprenticeship normally goes in Italy, it just lasts approximately 3 months

The first time I played, I didn’t even know about the poltergeist, but at least I could tell what he was (me being a Ravenclaw, so I got the riddle, and hogwarts’ hauntie Peeves; poltergeists are more colorful and eccentric than ghosts)
