What is it with these homes in southern Ontario, none of them have a coat closet at the entrance, for that price you'd think they would.
In many of these videos you will see that there are mud rooms. A beautiful front entrance is nice to have, but for practical reasons people would normally enter into the mud room and hang their coats there.

In this beautiful exterior, there are no artifacts inside (paintings or sculptures). The carpet in the movie room is extremely ugly
It's not hard to change carpet if you were not aware. No artifacts... you are not going to purchase a home based on someone else choice of decor. SMH

It's worth $700,000 top. The interior looks regular, nothing to dazzle me, no special architectural amenities.
It's a beautiful home in a city regularly rated as the best community in all of Canada to live in. Close proximity to Toronto, airports, great schools etc. You don't want to know what you get in that area for $700,000.

@am pm Many of the videos like this kind of trying to sell the houses based on how they are set. You can't blame people for disliking the interior design work and furnishings. I actually rather like how they have done it.
@am pm You can't blame someone for responding to elements of the video presented. No the furniture doesn't come with the home. But these videos are staged. They do try to get a better price by bringing in furniture, plants and decorative items. They throw a coat of paint on and such. Now with the luxury real estate market the current owner likely has an interior decorator and this may closely resemble how they live in the home. You have to remember that many of the people who view these videos are dreaming. They don't have the means to purchase homes like this. With or without the furniture.
