I didn't see the pucks on Gilbert's web site, can they be purchase in the US.
They are available from TLP Audio in Illinois. Their web site is www.tlp-audio.com
Super cool
So my question is, if one uses the silicone inside between components how in the world do you remove that goop to replace a component? looks like it would be a labor intensive mess!
In the past 25 years, there was not one instance we need to remove silicone for repair. However, we have removed silicone for upgrade many times. It is not a difficult process if one knows how to handle silicone. Not messy at all. Although I understand the reason many people would think it is difficult and messy without much experience.
that was my olde DAC! :-)
Does he also make jackets?
Yes, I painted the jacket. Here is the links to more pictures of some of the jackets I designed and painted.

I like honest people :)
Did some research an according to the absolutesound hall of Fame there have 39 great makers of hi Fi but only 12 are still alive to day a g would make 13
I will never make the 13. Those things are not always base on what I call real substance. They are based on how well known a designer or maker are. In order to be well known, one have to do a lot of promotion and marketing. Which means advertising and spend money with them. The more you spend with them, the more they promote you. It is just business. Almost nothing to do with the product.
In my eyes you up there with the great pioneers but the love an passion you have is what I love about you take things to another level
i am saving i want to by i806.maby not this year but maby 2024.
Great! I will be around waiting for you when you are ready. 🙂
Oh lol. We don’t want no DEALERS.
That line is becoming a trademark when he first contacted me. I didn't want any dealer because most of them were just for themselves and probably still are. They just want to sell more boxes without knowing nor care what they are selling. Why would I want them?
Him or herself
Try Gilbert him. PC beta salesman guy. Where I'm i Disney world ?
I dig it!
