Hi Loka, no if you would like to register to a Cisco AND MS Teams (cloud only), then you can register it to Webex only on the Cisco end. You have the option to register it to MS Teams only though or use our CVI offer for MS Teams interop.
@@LokanadhaReddy if you move a video device to MTR mode, the Microsoft Teams Software will manage the calls, there is no call decision making on RoomOS anymore. In other words, there is no on-premise registration available in MTR mode, cloud only.
what account was used to log in? I am having to use Intune and the unit is asking for a log in but no account was created.
At which state is it asking for an account? Does it match any point in my video?
