Monterrey jack cheese, daisy sour cream that’s just stirred very very well, lime and salt on the chips right out of the fryer. Vinaigrette is supposed to be 2 oz I believe, that’s why it looks half full. Trust me you do not want to be consuming an entire 4 oz of oil and honey lmao. My fave thing to do is mix a bit of hot salsa into the sour cream, soo good! Worked there for years lol!

Burrito or bowl - doesn’t matter, with half steak-half carnitas, white rice, black beans, extra guacamole, and sometimes cheese (depends on my mood), also you gotta get the chips they’re like sweet idk but they’re so good 😭🙌

my only helpful info from the time before college i worked at chipotle literally 7 years ago: the chips are literally just a fuck ton of limes cut in half and squeezed over the freshly fried chips + chunky sea salt, the sour cream we would have to beat up/slap the bags to thin it out???, and the cheese idk…maybe monterrey jack?? that’s my best guess! + bonus fact is that corn salsa has jalapeños in it which i think make it v good… LOL. hope that was helpful from my #tortilla1 position knowledge (what they call the person u first walk up to who also makes the chips lolol)

my order is very similar to yours except i do brown rice and medium salsa instead. the vinegrette is the secret to making it soooo good! really hoping they keep the al pastor too 🙏🏼

Every time I go I get white rice, half chicken half steak, corn, hot sauce, sour cream and cheese on the side, and just tortilla, so you have that then you add on the sour cream and cheese and mix it up, then you eat it kind of taco style, like you get a piece of you tortilla then put some of your bowl on it then it and I promise you it is GODLY
