I use to work with Twiins doing video production, the song is actually from 2010, it was at the height of El Chapo's reign in The Sinaloa Cartel. The song is about the union of cartels that sided with Sinaloa to take out rivals. The guy they're singing cutting heads was Manuel Torres Felix, leader of Los Antrax, a Special Unit of the Sinaloa Cartel. Torres Felix was killed 2 years later in a confrontation with about 50 soldiers from both U.S. and Mexico by himself. He and his team had beat them days earlier and knew they were gonna retaliate, when he knew they were coming, he told his unit to leave and that he was gonna go by himself because it was his time. If you Google his pictures of him at the morgue, he died with a smile on his face, TRUE gangster 💩
