The fact that you didn’t start until you were 50 is such an inspiration! I’m 48 and I’ve always been a no fuss gal and have always looked younger (and people still guess me as younger) but after moving to the lake 8 years ago and spending more time in the sun and getting older I finally realized I need to start a consistent skincare routine because I do not like the aging I’m seeing! I will admit though that all that you do each morning/night is overwhelming to someone that has never followed much of a routine her entire life. I switched to a whole food plant-based diet almost two years ago so my diet is clean and now I need to get onboard with my skincare. Fingers crossed 🤞 for me! TY!

She has a video or two of laser treatments she did that really helped with dark sun spot damage. She even showed a video using an at home IPL hair removal device that lightened her spots on her legs. She texted it for hair removal on one leg only. She noticed at the end of the test she did, her dark sun spots were fading. In office IPL can lighten them so I assume there is science behind why that device lightened those spots. Search her channel and you’ll find the vid I’m referring too. I use a similar device for hair removal but my legs really have never seen much sun, so I don’t notice how it affects dark spots. I’m a pasty leg gal! 😜

@@lisamiddleton3475 Thanks, I did see all those videos and bought the Kenzzi for sun spots but that’s all I will say about that. I meant in terms of skin care. In office IPL didn’t last, and multiple sessions on the entire body would be very expensive. (For sun damage that is. I had successful hair removal but the esthetician uses different types of bulbs for each.) I have white and dark spots so I am hoping to hear what she is currently using for skin care on her body. There’s no point in working so hard for a more youthful face if you look down at a body that doesn’t match. 😌

I have to say your skin looks amazing!! I use just about everything you mentioned except for the NuFace. I was watching the Doctorly here on You Tube and they say that the NuFace actually can stretch the skin. They said the reason being is that the NuFace is designed to stretch and contract the muscles and over time this sort of workout can actually make the skin sag. When I look at you that isn't the case at all. My major problem is that I also take a lot of medication due to some 4 major spine surgeries I had. I have noticed since my surgeries 5 years ago my skin has changed a lot. Overall it's not terrible. In fact I just spent the summer on Long Island being with my granddaughter and visiting family and friends, and my cousin thought I had a facelift. Which I did not. Even though I received compliments about how good I look we all have our own comfort level. I see a dramatic change in my skin especially the hollowing in my cheeks and my jawline. Once again, I want to thank you for the content you put out here and the amount of research you do to help not just yourself but all of us who watch you. Hi Angie, regarding the red light masks, it would be great to learn more about the bulb life of these devices. I have a Revive Lookbook, which I love, but the company said the device has a shelf life of about one year due to the bulbs losing intensity over time with use. And they base that shelf life of one year on using it only once per day! If you use it on multiple areas that is like 4x a day not once. Then it would not even have a year life, more like 6 months. So, even when it gets old it may still look like it is working because the lights still come on and look bright but it really isn't working because the bulbs are 'worn out'. No one talks about this. Thanks!!

Geez Angie...I absolutely love your skincare videos! The in-depth explanations are easy to understand. I also love that you don't use (except the devices) anything that's going to hurt my pocket book too much. You are such a beautiful soul and I appreciate you!

I am 66 & have been using both the Timeless 20% VitC & Cerave PM every morning & the Banana Boat on my body! I am so pleased with the results…my daughter complimented me on my skin & now she is using the same combo @ age 31& also seeing great results. Thank you so much for your concise & research backed advice!

Thank you for this updated video...so helpful to hear all the reasoning behind it all. My only suggestion is to put the serums and sunscreens on the back of your neck as well. :)

Hi Angie. Thank you so much for your great information. My question is does adding niacinamide diminish the benefit of Vitamin C.

If you like the banana boat sunscreen try the one for faces. I love it. It is light as air!

Hi, I really enjoy your videos. Can you please do a video explaining your Botox treatments & anything else you’ve tried & had done. What age you started them, how often you get them & where in your face you get the injections & what dosages. That would really help. Thanks:)
