All the Ubers I looked up there were on the higher side, so it may just have been New York pricing 🤷🏼♀️. Ubers where I live are not anywhere near that haha

I was in DCA a week or so before this as an honor flight got in and it was so sweet to see them all being greeted by the volunteers and serenaded by the quartet on their way out to their day in DC! definitely brought tears to my eyes. glad to know you are safe! the captain I just worked with commutes from near you and said that his daughter was just going back to school again yesterday! it wasn't as bad over here in Charlotte, but I was one of few in my area who never lost power.
I've started taking public transportation lately, they are cheap, goes everywhere, and a great way to explore a city. Many destinations have free shuttles (ex University of Syracuse).
It's really sad about what's happened with the hurricane as my daughter lives in florida and I've not heard from her for days now and glad to hear you and your family are safe and well including your dog.

It’s so great when passengers aren’t rushing to get off the plane. I’ve had people behind my row push past me when I’m getting my suitcase from the overhead bin. I’m glad you made it home ok.

We shouldn’t get anything from Milton thank goodness. Originally they were saying it may come our way, but it changed paths. An honor flight is a flight full of military vets and they get flown in to Washington DC for the day and go visit the monuments of the wars they fought in. The organization provides everything for them and one companion (flight tickets, transportation, etc). When they deplane both in DC and wherever they fly back to they are greeting with people applauding them and thanking them for their service. It’s a really neat thing to see and be a part of.
Yes there is another hurricane coming, but it should not reach my area this time. Florida will be hit hard though. So pray for them as some there are still recovering from the last one.

So...I will pray for the people down south 🙏 and...😢brace for impact. Plus, there was a scary message on the screen and it says, "If you stay...you die."😮😮😮😢😢. And that's what I'm afraid of. So...pray for me😢🙏.
Hi Hannah, Couple of things: 1) what's Addalock? Really necessary or just makes you feel better? Exactly how does it work? 2) I had no idea that you were teacher as wells a FA ! What ages do you teach? And what subjects? You are most certainly a high achiever.
Addalock is a portable door lock. You put it in the door and it prevents the door from being opened. Even I can’t open the door when it’s in. I like it as an extra safety measure. I’ve heard some hotel horror stories, so it just helps me sleep at night lol. I can sub for any grades k4-12. But I typically preschool and elementary.
Hanna, I recently took a job that (eventually) is going to require a lot of travel and stays in hotel rooms. Which lock is your choice for adding to the security on your door? I tried to read the name on it as it flashed by in your video but I couldn't quite get it.

I was sick for 9 days. And I spent 4 nights in the hospital. From September 24th to the 28th. It was Bronchitis.
