Commercial & Mixed-Use Building - Chancery House | Schüco Excellence Awards 2024 Winner

The winner of the Commercial and Mixed-Use Development Award at the Schüco Excellence Awards 2024 was Chancery House in London.

Chancery House is a refurbished commercial building. Central to the scheme was the removal of an aesthetically incongruous glass curtain wall in favour of a high performance Schüco façade system and the introduction of lightwells and courtyards to increase daylighting.
Chancery House has also achieved a 77.5 per cent reduction in embodied carbon compared to a best practice, equivalent new-build scheme, and is certified WELL Platinum and BREEAM Excellent.
