as a Minnesotan myself, a rail attachable water spritzer is the single best upgrade you can get. with all our 14,380 lakes, the humidity is no joke, so humid that seat doesn't evaporate. so a little fan with a water sprayer pointed at ya can help haha. I've 3d printed a few attachments for dollar tree water fans for fun. keeping cool and on target simultaneously is very valuable.
As a missippian I’d say it’s an extended clip. More bullets more fun. Reloading has to be the worst part of shooting and down here will just mag dump a full clip in 2 seconds for fun. It’s fun alright, but then you spend 10x that amount of time loading the mf up again. More bullets less reload
@Buster cliyt I finally got one of those mag rackers. you just dump the bullets into the tray, make sure they are facing the right way, and slam them into your pmag. can probobly load 4/5 mags in the time I normally hand load one. Its for sure worth checking out if you shoot a good amount at a time. i usually load mags the night before though and usually bring enough so I don't need to reload at range.

I actually kinda did the opposite, after I had 40+ real guns I started buying airsoft guns because you go to jail if you shoot your children with real guns. Lol....but seriously, I got into milsim airsoft and it's good fun, best and cheapest way to train with all my gear and practice things like clearing rooms and buildings without having to spend thousands of dollars on classes that offer kill houses....that said, definitely take a real qcb type class and spend the few thousand to get proper training but then go do some airsoft to fine tune and keep things fresh.....I can't remember of it was t-rex arms or daddy garandthumb who had the Japanese airsoft player who never shot a real gun before come on thier channel and kill it after getting used to the recoil....I really do think too many people overlook the value that training with airsoft toys can provide...and just to be clear again, it's not a substitute but rather in addition too actual training.

I was gifted a sniper rifle that turned out to have a worn out hop rubber (item in video). The bb would roll out of the rifle if pointed down and the power was low. Had it fixed and it hit about 50% harder and stayed in the rifle till shot.
you are half right, The nub is just as important as the bucking. And RHOP with a flat nub is the best of all to go for if you are patient, or if you can afford it.
So I bought a Bolt BRSS AKM, and that thing is actually dead accurate (accounting for wind) up to about 150ft. If anyone is interested in a solid EBB AK, I recommend it a lot. It can use LCT and Cyma mags as well, the Bolt branded mags are almost always out of stock

I usually just replace them with good buckings when the time comes. I play enough that the stock bucking has to be replaced before im able to get a new one so i just wait till i notice it needs to be replaced
The hop up is by far one of the least thought of components despite it being mentioned multiple times in videos of different airsoft RUclipsrs. It's one of thoose things that is complex in it's own simplicity, wich makes it a problem for begginers and the cherry on top for an expert's build
The best upgrade to anything in any form of marksmanship is practice. A lot of people would be very surprised to find out that their tool of choice will start to group tighter if they are conscientious about practicing with it.

rhop your inner barrel and make necessary adjustments to your hopup and bucking to accommodate it. when your piston fails, replace it. when your gears fail, HPA. stick to li-ion batteries (titan). save yourself ever wanting or needing a other gun. never waste your time teching an AEG. It's not a sniper rifle, there's no such thing. A sniper is a person, who uses a scoped rifle. Just like an AR-15 is not an assault rifle.

rhop your inner barrel and make necessary adjustments to your hopup and bucking to accommodate it. when your piston fails, replace it. when your gears fail, HPA. stick to li-ion batteries (titan). save yourself ever wanting or needing a other gun. never waste your time teching an AEG.
