Hey man. I came for the Pete & Bas reactions, but subscribed for the breakdowns and analysis you delivered.
Just want to throw something out there... These lads are 70-ish, right? So they were growing up in the heyday of the gang wars between the Krays and the Richardsons, the *literal* OGs of London organised crime. I don't know if either of them were ever directly involved, but there's good odds they knew someone who was, and they certainly would have been aware of it. Guys getting beaten up, robbed, straight-up murdered, all part of the package.
So, to anyone who thinks these guys can't be authentic, go have a read up on some of what went down around that time. Gangs then to now - Same sh*t, different decade, pretty much the only thing that changes is the slang used.
