Minnie don't have a solo album but she has solo collabs, Honey Money with a thai rapper and empire with a korean singer, and about producing, she has the song Dahlia from GIDLE's album, she produced!
Dahlia is one of my fav song from them. Also I believe empire is a collab with Australian Chinese RUclips wengie, or is the Korean version the original one?

She's super talented when it comes to languages and pronunciations and she has wrote and produced many different songs for Gidle (in Korean, English and even Japanese!) She can play the piano and she's done it since she was a child because of the huge influence that her mother had on her so maybe that's the reason why she sounds amazing with Piano. Also Gidle is by far one of the most unique groups in general when it comes to their vocals and you can easily distinguish the members but somehow they just work perfectly with each other. Sadly Minnie doesn't have her Solo song yet but she has done many different covers and she also has a Collaboration with Thai artist name "Money Honey" Which is a more bright and popy song compared to Gidle's songs.

Minnie blew me away , especially with Be Be Your Love and Lost Star. I know she had a great voice, but with this solo performance I look at her with much more respect as a vocalist now. I've seen solo performances from Miyeon and Yuqi, they are both impressive as well. In my opinion, the vocal line of Minnie, Miyeon, and Yuqi is the best in Kpop, after Mamamoo. All of the members in i-dle have very distinctive voices from each other, and that's really rare in kpop imo and even more in girl groups. A lot of girl group members have very similar voices to me and that its very difficult to tell them apart. I-dle is one of the few ones that don't have this issue.

Minnie was asked recently if she was going to have a solo debut now that Soyeon, Yuqi, and Miyeon have theirs. She said "It will definitely happen, but I'm not ready yet." Now we can take speculate about how she worded that forever, but the key point was that it's 100% going to happen when she wants to do it. Taking all things into account, here's my full theory on a future Minnie solo album. We know she wants to play instrumentals and write her own songs, not use music tracks/sample or pre-written songs. This makes the process much more difficult. She's dipped her toe doing these things separately before for I-DLE tracks, but not everything. Plus, given it's a solo effort, she wouldn't have Soyeon's help to polish things up unless Soyeon is hired as a producer. Now, it not that Soyeon wouldn't help her, but Minnie has said that she wants her solo to be composed, written, sang, and possibly directed by her and having Soyeon's name in the credits feels like a cheat. Given Minnie wants to be that in control, each song is going to take time. I believe that, like Miyeon, she's been working on an album off and on throughout the span of last year (if not longer), but unlike Miyeon it's all been self-produced. Cranking out good songs isn't easy, which is why artist do collaborate with other composers, writers, singers, producers and so on. There's nothing wrong what that. But for the full self-produced image, you got to do things the hard way. Plus, you have to take an account that Minnie's been giving some of her songs to I-DLE for albums and such, nevermind her usual idol activities and appearances. At the moment I-DLE is filming a variety of things to keep the public's interest on them after the serge of TOMBOY, they are prepping for a concert in Germany, and lord know what ever Soyeon has planned for the back-half of the year. So Minnie's time is limited. Before all this the girls were working super hard on I NEVER DIE during a hiatus/scandal situation where they believed the group was over. So all efforts went to that. So I believe Minnie when she says she's not ready for a solo. Trust me though, when she is you'll see all the work she put into it. People talk for granted that people like Soyeon can just crank out content like it's nothing, but you have to realize Soyeon is not the norm. The amount of things that woman does is superhuman and you can't hold Minnie up to those impossible standards, especially when she's never done it before.
I'm sad after seeing how much you loved Minnie's voice, you never went back and visited the rest of the I-DLE group for solo performances/showcases. I enjoyed your vocal insight and looked for more.

Minnie is a Thai person, Thai language has 5 levels of normal pronunciation in the middle tone, for example, kā k̀ā k̂ā ḱā ǩā, and 4 levels in the high pitch, mā m̀ā m̂ā m̌ā, and most of the sounds in thai language are the sounds that originate from the base of the breath. SO,she therefore has an advantage over singers in East Asia, where spoken language has 2 to 3 normal intonation levels(except Chinese spoken languages with 7 tones).
You started out with a strong start into (G)I-DLE! Minnie is the main vocal of the group, and the first foreign main vocal in K-pop (she's Thai). Minnie is a Thai person, Thai language has 5 levels of normal pronunciation in the middle tone, for example, kā k̀ā k̂ā ḱā ǩā, and 4 levels in the high pitch, mā m̀ā m̂ā m̌ā, and most of the sounds in thai language are the sounds that originate from the base of the breath. SO,she therefore has an advantage over singers in East Asia, where spoken language has 2 to 3 normal intonation levels(except Chinese spoken languages with 7 tones).
