I'm choosing love & letting go of the things not meant for me. That situation included and a stalking ex. I really have learned not to feed into all energy but appreciate what it is, if there is good of course. The collab feels like my parent coming to me with every question and thought in their head during their health issue but I'm not their doctor. Having to direct them to their actual resources vs being so codependent on me again. I still have to adult while they throw fits.
