Personally, I think the absolute BEST move the Reds could make this off - season would be to make Joey Votto the Hitting Coach. It just makes too much sense not to. The young players LOVED him when he played here. They respect him...and this team is built on SPEED ! You can only use SPEED if you get on base ! What's the problem with this offense ? Too many guys ( ALL of whom can run ) hitting around .230 with 100 + strikeouts ! Now, you CAN have a player or two hitting .230 and striking out 150 times IF they're hitting 40 + HRs...BUT we didn't have anyone hit 30 ! Joey is the King of getting on base, knowing the strike zone and making good contact... who better to mentor these guys ?
I do agree with some of what you said...BUT...I trade Candelario if I can. THAT's where I'd get Bellinger and put him at 1st OR in Spring Training I would give CES every opportunity to win the 1st base job ( if we can't get Bellinger ) and Reece Hinds every opportunity to win a starting OF spot. I would NOT trade India ( unless someone just made a ridiculous offer ) I realize you have to have Mclane playing every day, but India is a very underrated player. That's why the Mariners and Yankees wanted him last season. He doesn't impress you with his BA or Power numbers BUT...Dude gets on base, he's a throwback, a leader, he does the "little" things that go unnoticed but can make a huge difference. He makes Pitchers work, every season he's at or near the top of most pitches seen per AB. He can ( and WILL ) bunt guys over, hit behind the runner. I've seen this rodeo before and I kind of look at India like this. Back in 1977, Tony Perez contract was coming up, the Reds had a young Dan Driessen ready to move up ( and play for a LOT less ) and the Reds decided Tony was "old" and traded him to the Expos for SP Woody Fryman. "Old Tony Perez "only" played another NINE seasons...most of them very productive ! OLD Tony even led the AL in RBI with the Red Sox one season. Meanwhile the Reds didn't SNIFF the post season because everyone in that dugout KNEW "The Big Doggie" was the "glue" that kept that team together. I'm not saying India is close to the player Perez was.....but he IS that glue, so you must find someway to keep him in the lineup !

The Reds are needing a right handed power hitter. No way would they go after Bellinger.
    What a mess

Pretty interesting choices, some could fit, others might be a little more questionable. I do feel like India being on the bench is a shocker for me, considering how poorly Marte’s effort and consistency seemed to be this passed year. India might not be the most consistent hitter, but he can bring that little spark with men on base on occasion. I put Candelario at 3B, does fine most of the time there defensively. Move Encarnacion to 1B and India DH.
Tiny constructive criticism, I’d check into possible injuries that teams could have and seeing if any injured players have established themselves a starting role when they are healthy. Freidl isn’t a household name, but the dude brings a lot of skills and energy to our lineup when he’s healthy. And if you were to watch the Reds everyday, you’d see why he was starting to become a fan favorite. Or at least one of my favorites. Lol
Thanks for the video though and good luck with your channel.

Do you not pay attention to the Reds?
    Fairchild isn’t a starting outfielder….
He only started center because TJ Friedl was injured.

Just because Martinez will not accept his option does not mean the Reds will lose him.

Don't tell TJ Freidl (the starter)that Belli is coming to play CF... and on what planet is Smyly coming to the Reds? The freakin Scrubs don't want him, why would they?

I don’t know why people who clearly have no idea what is going on with the franchise would make a video detailing. What a team needs and how they should go about it. Yes, the red and outfield bat, but it is very doubtful. It will be a centerfielder. The reds will not look to add a Frontline starter, but they will look for a one year contract for a backend starter. The red biggest priority is signing Elly Dela Cruz to a long-term contract, and if they can’t get that done, then they will need to open the vault for a power hitting corner outfielder. AfterLowder The most likely impactful prospect for the rotation will be last year‘s number two overall Chase Burns. And for the red to be successful, they must overhaul the bullpen. Spencer steer is not an outfielder. Nor is Stewart Fairchild a starter. Their child is a platoon bat at Best.
The red are a team with a lot of pieces and no real idea of how to put them all together together for this jigsaw puzzle. They have about a month to make decisions so they can move forward and free agency and fill the remaining holes, but it’s more likely that the team will not know what it’s going to do until spring training, and those holes will likely be filled Via trade

Fairchild is not the Reds' primary centerfielder. Friedl doesn't have the bat of a righfielder. Manaea will resign with the Mets. Bellinger will go for bigger money than the Reds can offer; that is, if he opts out, which I doubt he will.

However, your ideas for the bullpen are good--Smyly and Maton.
