En verdad recomiendo comprar este DVD. Es un maravilloso material audiovisual para tener.

its good that d hit that long range note it seems as for years he's been avoiding it. he said in a documentary that he has had a difficult time performing this song live. but let's hope that he can get that crunch back in his voice like he had in the late 90s early 00s but all in all silverchair rocks

@heatherdumas I saw them twice at the end of 07, once at the House of Blues and another at the Wilshire, both really small venues. It was amazing, one of the best times I've ever had! I hope the come back to the U.S. also.

Well, you know how it is with Australia. It's not silverchair's fault that their merchandise is not being sold in the Americas. There's the possibility of buying it on line, so hope is not lost! :)

yeah we cant get this DVD or Live From Faraway Stables here in Canada/USA you can order it but it wont play on your DVD player it will play on your Computer though. It sucks we cant get these dvds here :( Silverchair are disappointing/depriving fans of awesome SC DVDS and they are losing out on lots of money their fans would pay for these DVDS at the same time...
I think there's truth to will's comment. I remember a rumour about how Daniel had actually begun writing Without You during the Neon Ballroom era. Who knows why it was never finished at that time.
But what throws me off is when Dan talked about how he recorded all these ideas for a new album, but didn't like it, so he erased it all and proceeded to write Diorama. I'm just glad Without You was on Diorama and not Neon Ballroom.
Hah! That's great. I'm glad you do that. If I had my piano here with me I would do it as well. :(

Yeah I know but I need to get a multi regional DVD player I called around the stores here in my City (London Ontario Canada) and not one of them have a regional free dvd player so that fucks me right there. Sure I could watch it on my pc but Id rather be able to watch it with a nice sound system on a big tv lol

Amazing song. Would love to see these boys live. But only Diorama and earlier as those songs have more meaning for me.
Oh no! Perhaps you can borrow a friend's DVD burner and eliminate the region with DVD Shrink or a similar program. I did that when I copied it for a friend and supposedly he could watch it, but having a multi region DVD player just solves the problem and they're not that expensive. Back home I've got a ESN one that looks crappy but plays EVERYTHING! Check it out.

I remember watching a documentary about how he hated singing the last note of this song, especially live. He nailed it though.
Sometimes I think he has a hard time controlling his pitch on high notes. So instead of concentrating on singing it correctly, he just belts it out as loud as he can and hopes that he hits the right pitch. He sings some parts too loud, I dunno, maybe that's just me... He's still a great singer.
