Before that i could complete the disagree thing and got mail code as well as phone code, just that my screen was on loading mode. So from my other spare id(which didn't get suspended) I reported a problem writing down what's written in this video and submitted. Got it after just some time

1. Not able to fill the form as it asks us to login from our suspended acct which is not possible
2. What's the mail id used to contact Instagram team?
1. form filling - only when Instagram has sent you link or notification.
2. now, there is no email communication with Instagram team. they will respond you with the help center link and with the msg that they are not communicating with email. no email support.
