Great reminder Keith! I also wonder about chargebacks for coaching clients. I’ve never had someone outright steal my time but it has happened to two colleagues for their high-ticket offers. Now I wonder if I should take payment as a wire moving forward. I see the big consultants doing this now. I know it was devastating for her after she’d already delivered and most credit card side with their customer. Thanks for the video. Reminded me sometimes it not worth the fight. What was your refund rate on those 40k transactions?
