    I hated how quickly the closed it. I was there too and its just sad how quick they were to get rid of it. I know its their job but still, no time was wasted.

      I only made it to the park twice. Once in 2003, and then this visit here. This slide complex is my favorite all time slide complex ever. And I have done a ton of water parks and water attractions in my life. These things were pure insanity start to finish! I miss them so much. And the park itself too. Just wish I made it up there more often.

    Is this the wild water kingdom in Brampton Ontario Canada?

      No this is the old water park called Wild Water Kingdom that used to be a part of Geauga Lake in Ohio. It closed for good in 2016 though.

    What did they with all the water slides?

      Unfortunately they scrapped them all. It sucks because these turbo twister slides were my all time favorite slides out of all the water parks I have been to.

      @@rtraveler2004 I'm sure I've seen at least some of the slides from GL at Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom in Allentown PA

    Why did it close?

    • @rtraveler2004
      @rtraveler2004  7 лет назад +2

      +Tiffany/Leni Loud/Marlow Cedar Fair pretty much ruined it. They didn't really generate much revenue from here and want people to go to Cedar Point an hour up the road where they can make the most money.

      +Tiffany/Leni Loud/Marlow no prob. I hope they relocate the turbo twister slides somewhere. That's my favorite slide complex of all time.

    its stupid that they closed this ceder point has Meany other parks but they chose to feed only one of them and leave the rest to starve

      Stephanie Lane I think you mean Cedar Fair, and your statement isn’t true whatsoever. While it’s true Cedar Fair does show favoritism, it’s to their top five parks, not Cedar Point alone.

      I just wish they would have saved this slide complex and moved it somewhere else. No other slide complex comes close to the intensity of these slides. The turbo twister body slides that is.
