In your revolut go to her account and xcilk on here card when your on it rpress show card details it will ask you for your pin when you entered it it will show the details
What about currency, my son is 17 and I wanted to add different currency which at the moment I see I can't. The whole purpose to have this under 18 account was fkr me to transfer him money while he is abroad.

You can only customize the card as you place the order, although im sure you can order a new card if you want a customized one :)
