Years ago when I was a little girl, one of the sweetest things I could hear was “do you want to go for a ride?” And I would joyfully crawl up in the truck with my dad. It didn’t matter where or when. And seeing one of Russ’s notifications that another video has come out brings those sweet times to mind. “Do you want to go for a ride?” Simple pleasures! Thanks Russ. ❤️
🙋♀️One more vast look over Quartszite before we leave. Exciting seeing the support for our truckers. Exciting hearing those horns honking. Looking forward to our excursion.👍
Really enjoyed your chore day ride along. Winter sure went fast. Liked going around your town again. Sure cleared out, but nice to see it prospered some this year again finally. Yay!! Ty for sharing The People's Convoy, good folks: peaceful and respectful. Sasnak, a member visits your area. Yes, think a bunch of ppl will be staying closer to home this summer. Be safe, and thanks for taking us along. 🙂👍
A ranger once told me that the best wildflower blooms are when there's a lot of rain both early fall and late winter. Thaw was the case in 2018/2019 when we had the super bloom. Remember the floods at the RTR that season?
Yep, getting too hot for me... A little chilly to go to higher elevations but I take the cooler way out 🤗 You know in your gut when it's time to go. Safe travels Russ.
Around Tucson, you can visit Saguaro Nat'l Park and camp up Mount Lemmon (on Interstate-10, you exit at Houghton Street towards the Park, then you can travel North to the Catalina Hwy and then up towards Summer Haven - the mountain is 30 degrees cooler than downtown Tucson). You can visit Mission San Xavier del Bac (worth a stop, really) along Interstate-19 just a few miles South after leaving Interstate-10. Then on to Benson and Rte 80 to Tombstone (O.K. Corral). Further East on Interstate-10, in Willcox, you take Rte 186 towards Chiricahua Nat'l Monument, extremely beautiful scenery and a Nat'l Park-style campground too. These are the places I discovered over my years of visiting Arizona. I can't wait to see your videos. Have a magnificent trip !!! RICHARD from Canada.
This will be a specially good series of videos for a lot of folks who have never traveled to southeastern Arizona. I am one of those folks and very much look forward to these videos. Travel safe Russ : )
Be safe Russ on your first travel this year. Looking forward to "riding shotgun" enjoying the scenery. We are lucky to have you giving us the guided tour.
Mornin! I’m a loyal People’s Convoy follower & came over here from a comment on SAS’ livestream, once he left the convoy (to return to work). So glad I found ya! ~ love from CT
Thank you for all your travel videos, I really enjoy them. We are going back to sticks and bricks this nomad life is really stretching our budget. But it was great while it lasted
Going through Wickenberg? That's how I found your videos. We had just come back from Tucson, etc. Via Wickenberg highway. Saguaro Lake was fun, Superstition Mountains, Tombstone....don't miss Saguaro National Park 🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵 Be safe out there. Looking forward to all your adventures!
Have a safe trip, Russ. I enjoyed Southeast Arizona in February. We dry camped in Tombstone. It was a good experience. We used the side by side . The totalitarian regimes in Washington censored the Truckers.
Russ, I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your travels. We are heading to Arizona for the first time and have planned our trip based off your channel! Hoping to find a spot to call home!
Hello Russ, new subscriber here ⭐️. Thank you for road trips videos it really helps a lot. My husband and I just came back from Sedona Arizona. There are lots of posted videos going to Sedona but yours is more like the easiest one to follow. I watched it couple of times just to see how is the road, the elevation. I am not a fan of high elevation. Pretty amazing place, we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you for your video, very helpful and informative.
Another fun ride around Quarzite. Seeing your friends is what it's all about. Soon you'll have to change your slogan to " Too warm for school" Lol. I'll be traveling closer to home this year also. I'm always amazed to find the hidden gems overlooked. Safe travels my friend. 👍👍🙋♂️
SE AZ. You didn't mention where, but I recommend you go to Bowie, Willcox, Chiricahua, Douglas, Bisbee, Sierra Vista & Fort Huachuca, Karchner Caverns SP, Coronado Monument, maybe Patagonia, Patagonia Lake SP, Tumacacori, Ajo, and Organ Pipe NM. Lots and lots of stuff to see and do, like "The Thing", the Rex Allen Museum, wineries, Museums, classic downtown in Ajo, the Gadsden Hotel in Douglas where Pancho Villa rode his horse up the grand staircase. I can't wait to revisit all these great places via your RUclips channel! Have a great time! "Talk soon."
Hi Russ I am looking forward to your road trip. What part of southern Arizona are you going to? The reason why I am asking is my sister was stationed back in the 80s at Fort Huachuca and I visited her and went to Nogales, Arizona and Mexico; and Bisbee and absolutely loved it.
The Quartzsite season with you is my favorite. Sorry to see it come to a close. Maybe because it means my off season ends and it is back to work. Let’s go see SE Arizona!
Seven gas stations in town. Terribles will make it eight when they open. Too bad it’s not a Running Man. They seem to be cheaper. Save travels Russ. Looking forward to moving on soon myself after some vehicle repairs. I think next year I’ll stay in Yuma though. Too much of what I chose this lifestyle to get away from in Quartzsite.
Hi Russ! Do you plan to be anywhere near Benson? We own an RV lot there but we won't be there until 4/4. I'm the woman who stopped you and the Lectric bike guy outside the Big Tent... you both were kind enough to allow me to get a photo of the 3 of us. We'd love to have you stop by if you're still in SE AZ by 4/4! Just let me know how to get directions to you! ✌️~Connie
Anti-vaxxers and maga- morons, at the risk the of being redundant. That's strike 2 for Russ, 1st was going to Sturgis during height of pandemic. Strike 3 and I'm gone.
America seems to be the only country in the world who fly their national flag absolutely everywhere (outside many buildings). It seems a strange practice to me. I've travelled a fair bit around the globe & never seen it anywhere else. Just the culture, I guess.
God Bless United States America , Russ , RVerTV Fans. Thank you God , Russ, RVerTV Fans - Russ Our Amigo 4 Travel. Canadians Need RVerTV Eh - Russ Too Cool 4 School Eh.
Perfect day, Perfect scenery. The only way this could be more perfect, is if I was on this road trip with you. :) Looking forward to the road trip!

Seems to be especially popular among anti-government folks, not into irony I guess. Go figure.

Don't head to California, it's hard to find diesel under $6.00
Does anyone doubt this gut lives in Quartzsite.
