I guess the question is wrongly framed...bcz the tumor cells have spilled into peritoneum plus pelvic l.n are positive ...since pelvic l.n is positive ,and as per the rule ,anything below pelvic brim can be stage 1 or stage 2..stage 2 can be 2a or 2b..in 2a,uterus /uterine tube is involved ..in stage 2b,pelvic structures are involved e.g pelvic l.n..so going by this ,it shud be stage 2b but there is no option as such 😬
