I think a fantastic way to make a Thanksgiving-inspired spread would be with old recipes, like index card doodles, maybe making things look stained and aged, and print-outs of vintage recipe pages... I might do this myself!
Pumpkin for our US day is perfect! We make pies, cakes, muffins, quick bread, even cookies with it. Oh, then for the savory side we make pumpkin soup, pumpkin ravioli. It also makes great compost material for gardens.
I love the jellyfishes you drew. If I wasn't planning on doing jellyfishes for my 2024 start of journal setup I would go for them next month. As it is I have no clue what I'm going to do yet, though there is one PET tape I could possibly use if all else fails.
Mine will be V for Vendetta (as it has been for years now). Love not having to think about it so I tend to keep my months in the same range year upon year.
I've been thinking about my November theme and am so glad I watched this video. I am in the US but didn't want to do Thabksgiving theme. The collage theme looks perfect to fit in with that fall feel. Thank you so much!
I am doing butterflies in purple and gold because it is my friend’s birthday month and she likes butterflies and purple and I found some really cool gold butterfly sticker and gold tape but I already had some purple toned butterfly stickers too because I decided in May the I would do this theme to remind me of our friendship
My November theme is going to be Lost Woods from Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. I don’t really have any logic to picking that but I thought it would be cool 😅 the Zebra Mildliner Neutral collection has an olive & beige color that makes a beautiful forest-y combo, and I’ll also be adding some pink and blue fairies and sparkles.
Picking a theme because it's cool is what I'm missing this year with doing a year of novel holiday themes 😝 So heck yeah for letting that be your choice criteria 💪
I would love to do a synthwave/retrowave theme for my journal - for one or more of the months - but I have no idea how to even approach it. Basically, it would be the neon lights, the computer grids, what looks like an airbrushed car, or maybe a dolphin in amongst the computer grid, with the neon yellow/orange/pink sun in the background...that sort of thing.
I feel with all tech day and the maps day Hedy Lamarr would be good inspiration for November since she paved the way for things like WiFi, GPS and such. Hedy is also just an interesting person.
@@JashiiCorrin it might just be on my end since nobody else has pointed it out, but there's a really quick glitch right as you introduce Mickey and Minnie's section
Okay, been struggling to think of a theme, and this narrowed it down! I'm going to go with origami, including origami manatees and jellyfish, using paper scraps (and washi tape) :D
The only thing I planned for November was using a pastel color palette. What I'll do with those colors? I still don't know. (Although... those jellyfish are calling me)

I do love the PET tapes for theme building; they make it easier, haha 💜😄

Oh nice! Do you change up the general style of it each time? 💜
@@JashiiCorrin yep, last year I focused on the mask, year before it was the V and sword, this year it's all about the roses 🌹
Love the blending on the jukebox! 🎉
Thanks! It's made a lot easier on the printer paper 😋💪
November 3rd is Fountain Pen day. My theme for November will be fountain pens
That one was a contender for my list, yeah! 😄💜
As a sock knitter, I'm loving the socks theme 🧦
Oh that's awesome! 😄💜 glad that one was a fun stand out, haha
That Manatee was soooo cute ❤
Thanks! I'll always opt for cute-sie looking animals where possible, haha 😋💜
odd sock day got my brain going! Super excited to find inspiration like usual from your videos!
Glad you liked it! 😄💜 odd socks would be such a fun theme 👏
These are always so inspirational!

Fingers crossed for you! 🤞💜
@@JashiiCorrin thank you :)

Aww that's a lovely way to celebrate your friendship 💜😄
I'm planning for an autumn cafe with milk tea/hot chocolate instead of coffee because I don't drink coffee, but I love the idea of the aesthetic.

I think I'll do coffee ☕️ 😊
Great theme 💪💜
The video was just so excited to celebrate Mickey and Minnie that it decided to freak out at 7:21 lol
Oh dear, what happened to the video? 😅 I can't see it on my end 😝

With November 3rd being my birthday, I might just have to do jelly fish in my planner. Also, I love the manatee one. They are just such neat animals.
Happy birthday for soon! 😄🥳

Haha sounds like a unique way to combine them 💪😝
I'm doing a book theme for November for Nanowrimo

I love the socks :)
It's a cute idea and I wanna do it at some point! 💜😄
Mentioning Mickey and Mini's Birthdays. Happy Birthday to you 🎂
Thanks! 💜😄
fun fact: mickey and minnie share a birthday bc they both debuted in steamboat willie which was released nov. 18, 1928 ☺️
Eyyy that makes sense! Thanks for the fact 💜😄
It's not exactly a theme but NaNoWriMo!
Clicked on this because origami.
Haha fair 😝 it's a cool theme! 💜
